The missing cube item in the weapon slot is Convention of Elements and in the armor slot is Band of Might!
Items
Most items are mandatory, but there are some choices you can make. I talk over some of the scenarios below.
Echoing Fury/Ambo's Pride vs. Bul Kathos's Oath Set: I believe these pairs of weapon are a difference in speed and GR. For lower (GR90+) and faster (sub-3 minute) runs, I think the Bul Kathos set will be the ultimate winner due to the faster movement speed and not needing as much punching power. Your Kanai's Cube would have to change to accommodate the BK set (Ambo's Pride instead of The Furnace). With the EF/Ambo's combo, you have more Cube freedom and can bring in more power, particularly in Season 20 going with either The Furnace or Convention of Elements.
Jewelry: Focus & Restraint can be freely run here for more power in Season 20 since we can Cube multiple rings. You get to maintain the amazing defense of Band of Might and keep 100% uptime on Wrath of the Berserker with Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac. As for the amulet, Flavor of Time is the best choice, albeit, very difficult to get a well rolled one. Still, the Legendary power is too good to pass up, so use an average one and keep praying to RNGesus for a GG drop. An alternative could be a Hellfire Amulet since there are a lot of great Barbarian passives.
Nemesis Bracers vs. Mortick's Brace: Ideally, you'd like to use Nemesis Bracers all the time for more consistent Elite density, but if you're feeling like you need the power of the Insanity rune along with the defense of Striding Giant for Wrath of the Berserker, it's okay to take Mortick's Brace. When your gear, paragon, and augments mature, you'll likely not need the defense. Battle Rage - Swords to Ploughshares is also an insanely effective rune at providing sustain, so you can use that when you're going more "glass cannon"/less defensively built. Otherwise, Into the Fray is great for more damage. Alternatively, you can also equip the Striding Giant rune to be a little less powerful, drop a GR tier or two, and still running Nemesis Bracers.
Sockets: Flawless Royal Diamonds in helm, chest, and pants and Flawless Royal Emerald in weapons.
