PTR 2.4 Hotfixes List Updated - December 2nd

- Increased damage bonus from 300% to 500%. (11/24)

- Reduced damage bonus from 1200% to 1000%. (12/1)
- Firebird's Finery
- 6pc
- Firebird's Finery has received a slight redesign. You now receive a flat bonus when any elite is burning rather than a bonus based on the number of elites burning. (12/1)
- The 50% damage bonus from White monsters will properly stack.
- The player will only receive one stack of the 600% damage bonus at a time.
- The 600% Elite damage bonus can stack with the 50% damage bonus from White monsters.
- The stack of 600% Elite damage bonus works properly with Elites, Uniques, and Bosses.
- Blade of the Warlord
- Reduced damage bonus from 500-600% to 400-500%. (12/1)
- Lord Greenstone's Fan
- Reduced damage bonus from 250-300% to 80-100%. (12/1)
- Fortress Ballista
- Shield reduced from 4-5% to 2-3% (12/1)
- Delsere's Magnum Opus
- Spectral Blade, Explosive Blast, and Wave of Force all now benefit from the bonuses of this set. (12/1)
- Monkey King's Garb

- Increased damage bonus from 1000% to 1500%. (12/1)
- Tal Rasha's Elements
- 4pc
- Has been redesigned
- Arcane, Cold, Fire, and Lightning attacks each increase all of your resistances by 25% for 8 seconds. (12/1)

- Increased damage bonus from 300% per stack to 500% per stack (12/1)

- Increased bonus damage from 750% to 1250% (12/1)
- Raiment of the Jade Harvester

- Instant Haunt damage dealt reduced from 120 seconds to 60 seconds (12/1)

- Reduced the amount of DoT damage detonated by Soul Harvest from 300 to 150 seconds worth (12/1)

- Damage reduction increased from 5% to 6% per Soul Harvest stack(12/1)
- Tall Man's Finger
- Damage bonus reduced from triple damage bonus to double damage bonus (12/1)
- Zunimassa's Haunt

- Increased damage bonus from 400% to 800% dealt to enemies hit by your spenders (12/1)

I see they are trying to balance dps amongst classes, its good for diversity. Nerf static more was correct also, monks not trying to theorycraft, just play static with innas. Totally agree!
With SWK set boost, no point in seeking a LoN build. Same with seeker of light, and tal rashas, christ. Boost LoN to 150 or 125% damage per item than.
This is the dumbest patch I have ever seen. SC was already not viable. Dh fok knife was useless. Noone was ever using blade of the warlord yet it got nerfed. Mote was useless w/o nerf anyways. Raekor was worse than ik even with 500%.
well....I like the addition of EB for Delsere. wb Woh. I'm excited only cus of this one
now i we could have a weapon when we teleport we instantly dropped a time bubble, that would be perfect for the dmo
wow ... jade .... I just finished putting together a set yesterday to (which should have been my clue nerf was inc because that always happens to me) ... I really liked it to, but basically they just halved its output. That was my go to build for S5

Lol. They always go big with the damage boosts and numbers. Then when people play the new stuff on the ptr and exploit it all for a bit, they start tuning everything down or up for the sake of a semi balanced gameplay experience. No one will ever be truly happy with anything in this game unless it's just faceroll and they can top the leaderboards with ease. Right now they are trying to make every set worth playing at least for a fun factor. I for one like this. But there will always be that one combo of sets, or just a single set that tops the boards. So just relax and let them tweak some numbers and see what happens.
Hmmm... So Delsere's now affects Spectral Blade...
Combined with Shielding Blades now being %health shield, I might have to mess around with a melee wizard again, see if I can get it to work.

All I have to say is: Leapquake was getting out of control. Bout time blizzard toned it down a bit.
Maybe they're halving the damage of thorns so that they can double the bonus of LoN without breaking things.

best is Deathwish change - instead of tweaking Firebird set exclusively, they nerf a weapon to ultimately kill arcane disintegrate/torrent build. lol
But overall its nice to tone down this ridiculous power creep. +seeing top300 crusaders with exactly same build and setup is certainly not fun.
But Deathwish and Blade of the Warlord changes are just retarded. Im sure there isnt a single bash barb on whole leaderboard... wtf
From my perspective, it looks like they were trying to allow for more applications of soul harvest between applications of dots. Spend less time applying the dots and more time doing damage from them. It's hard to tell if this is a nerf or just changing the game play.
I also think that there will be another adjustment to LoN, but I think their goal for the set will still have it be something that allows you to have fun at a high level, but not focused on progression. I think they want sets for that.
