A good number of Set bonuses have been updated. One has been added but it seems it currently has some placeholder values.
Bul-Kathos's Glory
Chantodo's Return
- 2 Pieces: +250 Strength (up from 130), +10 Max Fury (up from 5)
Shenlong's Noble Path
- 2 Pieces: +250 Intelligence (up from 130), Reduces Damage from Elites by 10% (up from 7%)
Manajuma's Ornaments
- 2 Pieces: +250 Dexterity (up from 130), Increases Spirit Regeneration by 1 per Second (up from 0.3333333)
Natalya's Solace
- 2 Pieces: +250 Intelligence (up from 130), Grants 30 Mana per Kill (up from 5)
Immortal King's Legend
- 2 Pieces: +250 Dexterity (up from 130, moved from 3 Pieces), +10 Maximum Discipline (split between 2 and 3 Pieces)
- 3 Pieces: Critical Hit Chance Increased by 7% (moved from 2 Pieces), +10 Maximum Discipline
- 4 Pieces: The Cooldown of Rain of Vengeance is Reduced by 1 Second for every enemy you kill (moved from 5 Pieces)
Tal Rasha's Sacrifice
- 2 Pieces: +100 All Resist (up from 60), +10 Maximum Fury (new)
- 3 Pieces: Increases Fury Generation by 2 (replaces Reduced Damage by 0.04%), Gain 289 Life per Fury spent (new)
Inna's Grandeur
- 2 Pieces: Arcane skills deal 5% more damage, Cold skills deal 5% more damage, Fire skills deal 5% more damage, Lightning skills deal 5% more damage (All elemental damage increases have been put into 2 Pieces)
- 3 Pieces: +100 All Resist (new), Increases Arcane Power regeneration by 2 per second (new)
Zunimassa's Whispers
- 2 Pieces: +250 Dexterity (up from 130), Gain 124 Life per Spirit spent (new)
- 3 Pieces: Increases Spirit regeneration by 2 per second (up from 0.3333333), Reduces Resource Cost of Sweeping Wind by 70 (new)
- 2 Pieces: +250 Intelligence (up from 130), Grants 30 Mana per Kill (new)

A new amulet icon has made its way into the Beta. Remind you of someone?
Yay! AT LAST! Finally the Tal Rasha's set bonus isn't completely useless anymore. (Even looks almost OP compared to some others, typical "let's buff it... oops, OP" - but who am I to complain? Love it :P)
And also nice to see they moved the 7% CC up to 3 piece, though I think it's still a bit much (should be 5% or so)... but at least non-dex classes don't feel that tempted anymore to get 2 Nat pieces just because of an OP bonus.
Speaking about Natalya's set. I'm kinda sad they moved the last bonus to 4 piece instead of keeping it to full set. Like in D3V, there is no reason to have a full set because you unlock the final bonus without a piece (well, you forget about weapons because they are terribad, but that's not the point). I'd love to have a reason to wear the whole set, maybe a visual bonus? (aura, hint hint).

Over all not bad but getting a little worried now at the time frame Blizz is shooting for. 61 days out from 3/18 and we can assume 2.0 rolling out a weekish before RoS hits. Time is winding down very fast and Blizz is still tweaking and adding to 2.0 skills and items. Blizz still has to get a "final" product boxed and ready for shipping call it a 2 week time frame so that drops the over all time from 61 days down to 55 days and thats still not a lot of time for the final tweaking.
I'm just getting this really bad feeling that we are going to get a really unfinished product shipping out with a whole lot of after sale patching.Almost as if Blizz has already planned for this exact time line.
