Reflect Damage Bug
Yeah, I saw this happening when I was playing last night as well. Sentries (and other pets for that matter) reflecting damage back to you on Siegebreaker is a bug and is already fixed internally. The hotfix didn't make the last (Feb 19th) maintenance and is currently scheduled for next Tuesday. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
Reminder on Infernal Machine Portals
Ravlaor is correct about the portals. When you begin a new game, you have a one in three chance at opening each of boss portals for the Infernal Machine (the Realm of Discord, the Realm of Chaos, and the Realm of Turmoil). If you remain in that same game and you and your party members use each of your three Infernal Machine keys, you are guaranteed to fight each of the three different pairs of bosses.
However, if you leave that game and enter another game, you will once again have a random chance to fight one of the three possible pairs of bosses. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

Among these festivities was a short story contest for players who were up to the challenge of writing an original fiction set in the dark world of Sanctuary.
Many eager writers offered up tales that delved deeper into the ongoing adventures of well-known lore characters, while others provided brief glimpses into the hearts and minds of original characters set in the Diablo universe. Their creations certainly impressed Reddit’s panelists, and we wanted to share the esteemed winners with you as well.
