-What about mana? Will everyone just have amazing mana regen to start then?
-What about boss fights?
Scratch that; just saw this

--It doesn't mention anything about mana potions though, which is still an issue IMO.
2) Howabout the leveling system. Are we gonna see people running just 1 area in 1 big group or maybe spread out to different areas in many smaller groups or solo?
3) Are you gonna keep the item system as it is: magical, rare, unique, set? If so are we gonna see more possibilities for items to be best in slot? For Example rares having a chance to be better than uniques.
Edit as you wish
I can answer that. They said there will still be potions but there might be some sort of cooldown, not yet decided. Potions are now more like an emergency rarther than you drink them all the time. No idea about the mana tho.
I would like to ask them what there reaction was (if any) to the childish reactions of the many internet users regarding the graphics of the new game.
Also I would like to ask about the final scene in the gameplay video, when the large demon rips the head off of the barbarian. Is this some sort of "instant death" move programed into the game or is it a move to simulate a greusome death just because the barb had low health at a point when the monster attacked?
1. In the game play video, we see skills with ranks that are different from Diablo II (e.g. 1/1, 5/5, 5/10). Since the classes are said to be playable internally, how far along are the skill trees, and what will they be like.
2. Are the killing moves of the Siegebreaker Assault Beast in the game play trailer possible only when a player character is going to die from the next hit anyway, or can they be one-hit kills?
3. In the game play trailer, the Barbarian uses Leap to cross a bridge that collapses in a scripted event. Was this designed just for show, or is it a set part of the game? If the answer is that it is set, how will the other classes get across?
4. Why was the artwork trailer removed from the Diablo3.com website?
5. Can we have the name of the young lady in the cinematic trailer?
6. In the game play video, we see Barbarian skills that cost Fury or Stamina to cast. Where are these pools visible in the UI, and can you talk about them some more?
I like this question, because honestly I think it should, especially regarding as how big the world of sanctuary actually seems.
Might not be the best question(s) but I can't think right now...
The Diablo 3 artwork trailer has a LOT of content in it that isnt on the website anymore, especially some concepts of what appear to be another class. I thought I saw a woman druid. At least there was a woman with no apparent name, with a staff and a bear hide on her back... check it out on youtube!
Is powerleveling going to be as viable in Diablo 3 as Diablo 2? Powerleveling (Baal or Cow runs etc) has given Diablo 2 a much higher replay value since one could try out different builds fairly easily. If Diablo 3 doesn't allow for a complete respec, and leveling is really hard, it could be difficult to try something new.
Question 2:
Are classes going to be pidgeon holed into two or three different specializations (a la WoW), or are there going to be mostly viable sub-builds like a Charged Bolt or Enchant sorceress? Weird builds like this is part of why Diablo 2 is fun, and synergies helped make them viable.
In what aspects will Diablo III greatly differ from Diablo II? And what aspects will stay the same?
Will any monsters from Diablo and Diablo II make a return in Diablo III? (a.k.a. overlords, fallen, acid beasts)
How often will the Diablo III website be updated with new information? (I'm dying to know more)
How have the stats changed for characters? Is it the same old strength, dexterity, vitality, and energy? Or are there more attributes?
Will strength and character supremacy dictate how a monster dies? (The stronger the character, the more the monsters explode, fly off the screen, etc.)
Are there any area of effect skills that will be able to be controlled, such as widening or concentrating a visable "spell landing" for a meteor or ice storm to rain down on?
2. Will we be able to visit all the places depicted on the map of sanctuary shown to us in concept art?
3. Will the game progress like a ladder? (solely based on moving from one town to another/ one act to the next? or will an open environment like in Oblivion come into play?)
4. What sort of base customization (other than switching from male - female) can we look forward to?
5. If the game deviates more into optional side - quests, wouldn't that make the game much longer than D2?
2. With the new concentration on co-op gameplay... Can bosses be handled 1v1 or will your average joe have to find a group to kill a boss with (like in WoW.. which I hated)?
3. RELEASE DATE!!!???
4. The lack of cool-down times is one thing that made dII fun... With the loss of potions (as an immediate and nearly infinite health/mana regen) due to potential cool-downs, will cool-downs be implemented on caster-classes as well (to the extent of WoW atleast.. since dII's cooldowns were practically negligible)?
5. Any word on system requirements or DX10 support? (Would love to know if i need to upgrade the system)
Let me answer that for you:
When it's done.
Acid, they have stated that when you get a critical hit on a monster, it has a different death animation. Also i'm pretty sure they have multiple regular death animations for the same monsters.
They have stated that there will be none other than picking male or female at the start. As to whether there is going to be anything other than getting different gear, I don't know. I'm pretty sure they also mentioned they weren't going to let people dye things (though they did kind of in D2, with gems)
all good questions, bro. HEALTH/MANA regen might have time to fill up like in D2 (when u take a potion) the orbs will be instantaneous, though, from what i understand.
5. System requirements is a good question. What machines are they using to test the game, what specs?
2. Will Diablo 3 use a "Create new game" system similar to Diablo 2 whenever we wish to play? And if so, will there be a "Records" area, (i.e. You have killed Baal xx times, You have died xx times... etc.)
3. Approximately how long should Diablo 3 last when played out from begining to end?
4. With Diablo 3 and Battle.net 2.0 coming, will there be an option for a "Global stash" for all your characters so we can eliminate the need for "Mules" and creating unnecessary games?
As of right now this is all I can think of, Bolded questions are most pertinent.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I want to ask about the skill trees and character advancement, but for some reason I doubt they will answer any of that stuff.
So I guess my question would also be "is that in fact a female druid shown in the artwork trailer?"
not too perturbed with dx10. What i meant was, for smooth gameplay as shown, what gfxcard, ram, cpu etc...
