if damage dealt was 100
now its 200
before a barbarian whit 20% damage reduction would have take 80 damage
now its 20%+30% reduction, so now its down to... 100 damage
its even worse for us melee as well (yes i refer myself as a barbarian!!! :D)
this is welcomed to me, this really means that monks and barbarian CAN build tanky builds if they want, else its not really that big of a difference, as we are always in melee range we do take more damage so its kinda equal now.
but WOW this will make it awesome to play a WD/DH/WIZ MUCH more skill needed!
also the hardcore mode is great, whit this double damage it will actually be possible to die -

Seems like a good idea, as there really was no reason to keep it there anyway, its just something you collect to use later and thats it. BUT i'm quite skeptical about the whole idea of "cast time" to identity
moving button 5 for pots
guess its a good idea, but it now seems kinda awkward where it is

well ofc, why does it have to be a "stone", a button like this seems quite fair. (but maybe change placement+the looks of it)

well ofc, there never was enchantments to items in d2 and why would there be? its just another free socket to add something in.
Cauldron and cube gone.
VERY awsome, one might consider this making it more of a pain in doungeons now, but getting back to town is somthing that i really liked in d2.
when you are fighitng around for a good 15 min whit a friend and you find your inv full of stuff, its a good breather to go back to town and sell/buy/do stuff/look at stats and gear...

good, let there be crap. so that one don't HAVE to pick up EVERYTHING and salvage EVERYTHING.

Awesome! it feels more like Diablo now and the stats make more sense. one problem can be that a player like me (barbarian for life...) will only get items whit STR and VIT, making them my only useful stats (like a Warrior Tank in WOW only values stamina->str->parry->mastery->dodge) and everything else where kinda useless.
this is something we cant answer now and can only be answer later game once the game is out.

Perfect, as you usualy look at stats and gear at the same time anyway its just a streamlined work-around that works perfect.
if i ware blizzard i would have take the chance to move stats to the right side of the equipped items and still having the more exact statistics on the same place. it just would feel better

using 6% you still have 1.2% life steal in inferno, thats a noticeable amount
add 3% from a belt (barb)
and your at 1.8%, then add the passive (its skill, do its not worse in inferno) +3%
you have 4.8% life steal, thats quite a bunch

but i can only think of the poor dogs feelings... getting summoned to help there loved master... then you blow them up
im not going to use sacrifice, im more into keeping them up and having them as a wall in front of me, while i nuke
btw mass confuse have a rune that gives 50% chance to spawn a dog when killed while confused. long cd, but guess its a pretty cool bonus, the confuse CC works really great

but, we still lack endgame content... what do do when you can farm act 3 and 4 easy?
tbh, i think there is 1 secret announcement to come (i hope <3).
100level (or unlimited) inferno dungeon 2-3 elit packs per level.
MUST clear every elit pack in that level to go down into next. ( or other mini quests)
lvl 1-5 about act 1
lvl 6-10 about act 2
lvl 11-15 about act 3
lvl 16-18 about act 4
lvl 19-20 about pony level
lvl 21+ harder... and harder...
lvl 100 well... you will never get to level 100
this will be more rewarding the further down you get, (increased loot type quality)
but then again, blizz never announced somthing so "outrageus" before, EVER... i mean guess its me and my little gamer brain thinking of somthing that should be REALLY fun...
in the end, its going to be like this:
*oh dude i just beat dungeon lvl 22!*
"oh cool!! furthest i have came was lvl 19"
*want to go together? se how far we can go if we WORK TOGETHER?*
"sure!"
time------
*bam dungeon lvl 24 cleared....*
"total wipe on lvl 25, we need better gear, better skills, better teamwork..."

the best 2h there is should have that damage as minimum damage and maximum the double. this way they are ALWAYS more powerful, but you do give up a shield that helps allot

Gargantuan is a good example of things that MIGHT be strange
they did buff the damage to 100% normal hits, and that 130% for cleave attacks. but they didnt touch the 15% poison damage thingy around him, that rune is unchanged. and following all the buffs they made it suprises me that 15% is still there.
and the burning dogs (2%) is just strange

discussion:
religion is a way to keep control and order in the society for people that are more or less stupid (srsly... you dont need an IQ above 50 to be religious but maybe more then 100 to be an atheist)
now, that we got a fairly structured society at some places (europe, america, parts of asia i mean) we living at these places can drop religion to use science and common sense. (other places might still need religion tho) ofc there is some basic ideas in religion that might still stand, but those are just because they are important for the structure of the society (treat equal... bla bla) as they are good ideas... i mean face it, its common sense
