Whether it was legit or not, a late 2011 release for DIII seems more than likely thing to aim for... It's not like June 2011 is looking possible, unless beta starts in January - next month, which I think is bit of a stretch considering the state of, for example the DH.

Agreed.. I predict it will be released on thanksgiving.

I would like to find someone who wants to play through IP, not battle.net. You gotta to have plugy that supports 1.13 version too. I use it due to stash size and transfer to another character. Also for Diablo Clone and Ubers on SP.

Start at level 1 hardcore. If anyone up for it..

I might be interested in doing this.

Do you have certain times you want to play at?
What time zone are you in?

I am in centeral time zone, I work weekends only. during day or night would be nice.

wait wouldn't it be better to have 20 in revive instead of skely mage, i mean the skeley mages are useless in hell

    Yes.

However I would use them in bone wall for bone armor bonus. 1 point in revive is enough.

How do skelemancers handle bosses? I have always wanted play one but always got frustrated with bosses and loosing all of my skeleys in a few secs and then having to leave just to get more corpses.

Once you maxxed 20 skele/mastery and got some revives.. you can do ANY boss no problem.

Once I get to worldstone chamber for Baal... I set up TP on him and go to act 4 river of flame to get urdar or durance of hate. Then Baal will die in no time.

Personally, I would take HOTO over those because you will be using corspe explosion more than anything else. For +3 and resistance, FCR. You just need your merc to kill 1 mob then its all over for this group.

    Max block due to teleporting.

Move points in mages to bone wall(bone armor) so you can absorb more damage. Max CE, put 5-10 points in amplify. You need to keep urself alive when teleporting or standing. Mages wont do anything greatly. Revives over Mages. I would take Bul Kathos for life instead of mana. I would take Chancie glove for MF, war traveler for MF.. marrowwalk- +1 skeleton mastery isnt big deal. Dont need poison nova because corpse explosion will kill anything.. If you plan to use poison nova.. whats the point of ur summon/merc? I would have merc use Fort and infinity(Increases more damage for CE as well)so your merc can kill fast so you can CE in no time.

Just my 2 cent. I have played many different summon necro build.. this is best one for me.

I feel that this post made years ago about the poor mans smiter should be brought up again for any players who complain of being poor in Diablo 2.

    http://www.theamazonbasin.com/d2/forums/index.php?showtopic=63770&st=0&start=0

is not only a brilliant guide, but a brilliant write up, the wonderful way he wrote that just left me feeling giddy.

On another note what level do you have to be to have lvl 6 Life tap charges spawn in shops? He didn't say but my lvl 88 barb won't spawn them and so I would like to know how high I have to go.

Comments on the linked post anyone?

To be honest.. summon necro most most cheapest class to do Uber and Diablo Clone. You dont need any of those fancy gears...

All you need is about level 28 skeleton/mastry and level 10 revive.. thats like +8 more skill from 20 isnt hard to get.

Get 1 point in terror due to baal/mephisto summon minions.

Get Urdar revive for crushing blow.. get a teleport ammy/wand. teleport on boss.. tada. your task is done without enigma, coh, drac glove or any of those.

posted a message on A Bot Built to Kill...
    Just an idea..

Blizzard need to ask like 25 people on each realm that will volunteer to "Bot Killer". For Example, Spam bot, MF bot, ALL BOTS.

What they can do is "Frap em", get all info/evidence like what realm, char account. Send the fraps, evidence to blizzard then will ban the cd key/account or something. I know this is allot work but once its starting.. it will reduce greatly. "Allot work to clean up the most dirtiest habit"

    Tada

Why the hell is this thread's main debate about economics?

Its because this game designed for "Gears". Not leveling. So trading for gears = economy.

Mfing and PvP is major part of this game.

The way i see it, if your top priority in this game is to get rich, but you don't know what forum gold is and dont want to be involved with any 3rd part programs/ forums like me, the guide is simple.

The most legit way to get rich (without using fast user switching on one computer or any programs that enable you to run more than one copy of diablo on one computer):

    1. build another 2/3/4 pentium 4 or amd XP computers at around $5-20 bux (128mb ram, 5/10 gb hd, 8mb video card etc).
    2. Buy another 2/3/4 d2 cdkeys (either from those sites that sell them cheap), or get the games of ebay for $5-$10
    3. Make a rusher (sorc or pally)
    4. Start rushing 2/3/4 level 1 characters (plus you could get your friend in there also with another few level 1 chars) through to hell hellforge and collect runes.

I havent timed rushes before but say you could do the whole game in about 40 mins, you could be getting 5+ hell forges in that time. do this for a week and there ya go, u make your own rune words without trading with people on forums or paying money (donations hm hm ) for dupes and stimulating a corrupt economy.

I havent played since 1.10 but i presume hellforges in hell can still drop ist/ gul etc. In no time you could be making your own hotos and enigmas etc

Problem is Ancients. You need level 20 to advance to normal baal quest, Same as need level 40 to get to nightmare baal.

So you need level 40 Bumper character everytime if u wanna do forge runs.

That's why I'm turning to Classic. Playing LOD like this is like... work.

haha.. or you can play singleplayer with plugy.. You can transfer between your character with this program. Problem solved. :)

Only bots go to 99, or unless you have a lot time and a lot of patience because the exp bar doesn't move a lot at 98 lol.

But I wouldn't build a zealot at first. I would just go to baal runs as fast as I can to start a cheap Tal Sorc. Nifty MF and very VERY cheap.

Yeah I'm not gonna waste my time getting to 95+ personally. Once I hit 90 that means I already got to where I am. All I gotta do is MF cuz you will level while MFing.

Grats. The first time i finished SP Hell was also with a wind druid. I think he and trapsin are the greatest singleplayer solos (at least the less item dependent ones).

In the moment i'm finishing it with summon necro. He's also very good. The only problem is that you need a strong merc to kill stuff for you until you raise your army. Once created, you have very low chances of being failing. But sometimes it's pretty slow cause you have to use decripfy instead of amplify or else monster eat your summons alive. So w/o Beast kill stuff in the last 2 acts may take a while lol.

Summon Necro is most easist character to get to hell Baal solo on Single player.

Corspe explosion is ur best friend. Max that after u max skeleton/mastery

    Quote from Puttah

I played up until hell act 1 den at which point I realized my cold sorc won't cut it when it has no possible way of taking out that unique spectral hit zombie at the end of the den with his cold immune gayness :verymad:

    Unfortunately...

You gotta beef up your merc, or level up more to put more skill in 2nd skill tree. Static helps too when its immune to your cold too.
