    I don't see the point in specifying "heroes levels 1-60" if it's not to state such a limit, since everyone has a hero level that's between 1 and 60 anyway.

    If that's not the case, then great, but it's still not perfectly clear in my opinion.
    They did have a typo in the PTR patch notes on Friday it would be kind of pointless in my opinion if there wasn't a XP increase for raising the difficulty.

    Here are the numbers:
    Each MP level adds 25% MF, MP levels 1-3 add 10% exp each, 4-6 add 15% exp each, 7-9 add 20% exp each, and 10 adds 25%. The aggregate bonuses for +MF% and +exp% at MP 10 are therefore 250% and 160% respectively.

    These are values in inferno and do break the 300% cap

    So, the moment you go into Inferno with any kind of Monster Power (e.g. Monster Power 1 and above), all monsters become level 63, and they can now all drop iLevel 63 items the same way that Act III and Act IV Inferno currently do.

    This was news to me, which made me quite happy, act 1 is not worth it at the moment, this will bring back a more interesting mix and it will make collecting the keys for the infernal machine more enjoyable.

    EDIT: Added these 2 links to clear up any confusion about level 60 players getting XP in inferno.

    "No Monster Power" is the default setting. Each Monster Power level will increase the health and damage of monsters, and in return players will receive scaling bonuses to experience (for heroes levels 1-60) as well as boosts to Magic Find and Gold Find (for heroes in Inferno) which will stack above the 300% cap.

    I see no problem with the loot, i usually get a unique or set every 2-3 hours with 350-375 MF, and quite a few rares that sell between 1-5mil.

    Seems to me that some people just want the game to hand them great items with minimal effort.
