this sounds wierd, but it doesnt sound "epic" enough. In all diablo games, the characters have enormous power and extravagant abilities. the zealot sounds sorta weak.
Then we'll give him a skill where he shoots a laser beam... =]

I was thinking that the smiting skills could be sorta like the good versions of necromancer skills. Like have a spirit that chases people, but call it something that sounds "good", like some "Avenging Spirit." And you could have an FoH-like skill, where something comes out of the sky and knocks the fucker out. Some AE skill that is like this mist that comes down and like rolls through everything. Call it "Hand of God." Then some equivalent of the wizard melee slashy thingy. But have it like one big slash, that goes all the way around you, which will OFC do less damage then the wizard one, because it's a bigger AoE, "Guardian Angel." And then some basic smite skill, maybe "Smite" would be appropriate for this one, might elude to the paladin shield attack though...

Hehe, thanks, I normally hate them too, skills are so hard to make up, that's why I skipped them in here. =]

sounds good except diablo is not about having support anything. so change it to caster/light melee

It's like the paladin's auras, or the necromancer's curses. I think that they were both very well implemented in Diablo II, so why not again?

It's worth noting that the Wizard's Conjuring tree already heavily gears her towards melee combat and casting, if you choose to take it in that direction. So I find the Zealot to be very redundant, personally.

But, isn't that like, close quarters combat spells? I meant more of an actual like, stab things tree. He's basically a paladin, but with lighter armor, curses, and more DPS.

This is my idea for a class that I cooked up in about 10 minutes =]

    Name: Zealot
    Archtype: Support Caster/Light Melee
    Place of Origin: Aranoch Desert
Look: Cloaked in Middle Eastern robes with chain mail details, ornate floral designs, commonly dual wields ornate/sacrificial daggers, light leather for gloves, bracers, boots, etc.
Description: Hailing from the deserts of Aranoch this fanatical priest is both a giver and taker of life. He possesses the ability to command his allies and bolster their strength, as well as the ability to smite his foes with the power of his mind. The Zealot is well known for his great deal of wisdom in which he has to offer anyone in need.

    Trees-
Of Blade: Strict training has honed the skills of the Zealot so that he can deliver precision blows to an enemy in the smallest time possible
Of Spirit: Calling upon the gods, the Zealot is able to aid his allies in many different ways, as well as curse his enemies, be it saving them from the grasp of the unholy, or calling upon them to hinder his enemies.
Of Mind: Focusing all the Zealot's energy, he can cause a great deal of damage to the world around him and it's creatures.

    Notes-
Has a strict creed to follow
Fervor gets in the way of the truth
Like assassin, but can be pure caster
Looks similar to Altaïr from "Assassin's Creed" but with more sandy colored robes and floral designs

    Sorceress is Wizard,
    Paladin could be "knight".

A knight type of character could be pretty good if you make him really unique. Its no easy job though.
I think that if they make a knight that's just a paladin with a different name, then they should just name him the paladin. Reusing a name won't do any harm.

Seeing as love is defined by most teenagers, and preteens, as just sex, I think that you should ask him what he really sees in her. In all honesty, I wouldn't let anyone I only knew for about 2 years go out with my sister. Albeit, they have their freedom of choice, but I'd give him hell.
Not really, just that if you like someone you're fine having sex with them, you're also fine not, but it does feel good, so you obviously want to, I mean, why the hell not? As long as you use protection.

I'm confused. It seemed like you said she did this before she began dating you... in which case, where's the loyalty problem?

You seem to keep switching facts around. First it was a year and half ago, then two years, then a year and a half again. (Unless you just had poor sentence structure and that confused me).
Well, I don't know let me try and do the math. It was 20 months ago, sorry that I couldn't give you an exact date... And it's not a loyalty problem, it's more of a respect problem for me, I just can't believe that someone like her would do something like that.

well I share her opinion. but unlike her, I know why, so maybe this will help you understand :)

I would never try to use pot because it damages your health. drinking does too but if you don't drink much it is even healthy. I drink very rarely, maybe once a month and I drink a beer maybe two. but whenever you smoke a pot it damages your health and if you get hooked you're as good as dead imo :)

Except for alcohol is more addictive than pot...

And you said that if you don't drink much it is healthy, while that might be true, it's not even yet proven. Plus, drinkning alone doesn't give you those effects, it's a combination of drinking and eating healthy that give you those effects. So drinking alone is still bad for you in my mind, I think that wine is fine every once in a while, just a glass. But it is much healthier than beer and other forms of alcohol. And how does pot damage your health? Just the smoke, that's pretty petty if you ask me, becuase then I just take staright up THC and it's fine for you?

Resistance, and most probably Resistance 2. That's probably my favorite FPS of all time, it just can't be beaten in my mind. It's the second best game I've ever played, next to Diablo II.

Dude, piss off. That kid was more of a man than you will ever be. Just reading your post is sickening. You are one of the reasons I go to bed scared at night. Just knowing that someone like you does not care for another person's life is just disgusting. If one of your friends died right now, I bet you wouldn't even feel it. You are emotionally numb and that makes you miniscule compared to the kid in the video.

That is such an amazing kid. A hero in his own right. I wish we had more people like him in this decaying world.
Sorry, but, this made me laugh, anything with a penis is more man than she'll ever be.

I know this is the obvious argument but, my dad is 50 and my mom is 47. It doesn't sound weird right? I don't see why people make these distinctions based on age when they are just doing what comes natural at that age. I know several 18 y/os that get pussy that is as old as their moms, nobody criticizes them. Best advice I can give you, is to get your head straight, dont second guess, and do what you think is right.

It's not based on age, it's based on your ability to make decisions, and there are very few 12 year-olds who can make proper decisions. I know that even as a 14 year old who thinks he knows everything, things that I'm so convinced in will seem wrong to me in a few years, but I just don't know what they are, so I can't stop them now.

Hmm she's masturbating since she was 8... she has had some serious making-out at 13 with a 17 y. o. guy... and it upsets you, I can guess why. You're not as sex-obsessed as she is, and this is not balanced.
The guy can be more obsessed than the girl, but not the other way around or it's screwed up : the female takes the lead.
I think you're kinda too much focussing on the "it's wrong" side (and she replies to you with the "ok i'm a bad person i did bad things, please stop making me feel bad").
This talk doesnt help much. It helps you expressing your feelings and ideas about this, that's granted. But beyond that it doesnt help solving the issue.
Blaming someone is a sure recipe for misunderstanding and enstrangement.
It's not about her being bad and doing wrong things.
Nobody is to blame here, and the more you blame someone or yourself, the more you'll have to do blameable things in order to balance yourself.

The thing is, as I described it, that she is sex-obsessed, moreso than you are. This unbalances your relationship, making you the receptive part and her the active part. You, as the boy, should be the one pushing for more sex, not the one having trouble following her lead.

This is understandbly upsetting and unsettling for you, no doubt.

What you need is to gain the lead back. Blaming her and calling her bad is an attempt at achieving this, but I'd advise you to refine this. It won't work well, playing the authority moral figure will corner you into a parental role, the kind of boring one that she will want to get out the influence of sooner or later.

You got to show understanding, and more importantly you got to feel good about yourself in your relationship with her.

What high ground can you take in relation to her?
What can you or what do you already bring her that she needs?

You can be her lead although she's more sex-crazed than you are, no doubt about that. But you need some definite and clear qualities that she needs to rely on.

By the way, once you've stopped making her feel bad and ashamed, maybe you'll be able to learn more about what she did (or does) when you're not around.

Be very clear about what you feel. As a general advice for any relationship issue, expressing your emotions sincerely, thoroughly and without pressuring the other one is a golden rule for solving so many tensions in life. This alone can help you get your boyish lead back. Dont whine of course, but express your feelings deeply, with respect for you and your girl. And of course, you gotta be a man in her life, whom she can rely on, whom she needs.

Have fun BTW... you're in the golden years of sweet love and hope in life.
Also you have a killer empathy ability that very very few people keep on through their adulthood.
She's not more sex-crazed than me, she's just more... Umm, willing to do those things, with... other people... I mean, with her I'm the one trying to get her to do stuff, but I've only ever done that with one other girl. It seems that as long as I like them enough I'm fine with it, although the first kiss is a bitch, she did pressure me into that... I mean, her morals seem to be messed up, she just doesn't understand stuff enough, she's fine with drinking, but smoking pot, she would kill me if I tried it. She doesn't know why, when I used to ask her she would just say something about it being illegal and it being that way for a reason, but the truth is she doesn't know why. When you later present her facts she just brushes them off. And then she always refers to studies, she doesn't show me them, she just says "No, they did a study." Ehh, whatever enough of my bitching =]. She's just so blind to some stuff, and it really pisses me off. anyway, that's for the long post. I found it to be very thought-out and intellegent.

Well, we go the PS3! No internet yet, though, we need to configure the wireless and after configuring the wireless on Ubuntu already I_don't_feel_like_it.

Seems to be working fine. Except my TV doesn't seem to support any of those 1080i and such modes except the Standard one, which is a bit strange. And it keeps resizing.Does that actually... work?
The wireless on the PS3 might be a bitch... I know that we had a hell of a time figuring it out at our house, and at one of our friend's it simply wouldn't work (after about an hour, maybe more).
