ohh no no, i just realize that ive been farming act I with that gear..ive just swapped now. I dont know how the profile works...so i think that it must be changed now.....
A couple useful stats for you, regardless of your gear. For Act 3 you'll want at least 118k EHP but shouldn't aim for more than 150k to maximize Force Armor. EHP is a combination of your HP, Armor, and Resistances into one number that converts all those stats into an effecive HP to make comparisons between gears sets and characters a lot easier. In other words, it doesn't really matter how you reach those thressholds, but if you reach it with lower actual HP it makes life regen, health pots, and Diamond Skin more useful. For comparison I'm at 122k EHP in my gear set on my character profile. With Force Armor active I have 30k hp, 4600 Armor and 207 resists with glass cannon.
To just complete Act 3 you'll want at least 30-40k dps with a kiting spec. More is definitely better but with less you might have issues with boss enrages (namely Ghom or whatever his name is). You'll also likely have to skip a fair number of elite groups with that dps, but that's pretty standard when progressing. One trick you might find useful is to find a corner of the zone where you won't be returning, luring annoying elites there, and dying. You're not farming afterall, so the goal is to get to and through the bosses and not really waste your time with difficult elites. Also don't be afraid to just exit game and reset maps if you find yourself stuck behind an annoying elite group (like just about any elite phasebeasts) to find a more favorable area. This is very applicable to the last portions of the act.
Regarding spec, I'd drop Blur for Illusionist since Blur should mostly be negated by effective use of Force Armor, and since you should be kiting a lot. Otherwise your spec looks fine. If you have problems with bosses, switch Arcane Hydra to Venom Hydra just for bosses and switch back after for progression since the Arcane hydra gives slows with Temporal Flux.
I can try to give some advice on gear once your profile is updated.
I don't see any glaring weak pieces of gear overall but one thing you could probably do is trade a little all resist or vit for more Int on a few pieces, like belt, shoulders, bracers. Like I said before, the ideal range for wizards using Force Armor is 118k to 150k EHP. I don't know what your EHP is but I'm betting it's around 200k.
You could get a source with 7-8.5% crit, which should be a dps upgrade even if you can't get the int on it. Finding a high damage source with Int, AP on crit, and high crit % is pretty tough and usually very costly, but if you really have a lot of money to spend and want to never upgrade your source again, you could look for one with all 3. Your bracers you could probably cut 1% crit from and get 100 more int or more (1% crit is probably worth around 20 int for you, so it should still be a decent dps gain) for pretty cheap. An Int/crit%/crit damage% amulet will probably outperform your current one, but will likely cost a lot.
Overall you should be able to clear Acts 3 and 4 with that gear. It won't be cakewalk easy but it's doable. The only boss you might have some issues with is Rakanoth or whatever his name is in Act 4. I was actually farming Act 3 with similar gear as yours a couple months back. If you're wanting to farm Act 3, you'd really want to increase your dps by around 50% to make it efficient since the elites will just take too long to kill to farm high lvl/affix rares as fast as Act 1 or 2.
Yeah, your build should be fine. I prefer piercing orb over MM-seeker and Celestial orb over tap the source but those are just my preferences and are more for farming. Most use tap the source and the main differences between seeker and Porb are that Porb is more useful on shielding/invuln mobs, but you should probably just skip invuln while progressing and shielding isn't too bad since you can kite very well with illusionist+teleport+DS. Seeker and tap the source should be better for bosses anyway.
Oh, if you replace some of your vit/resists with more dps, I'd hold onto the old pieces for Diablo. With a higher EHP gear set he becomes rediculously easy as nothing 1 shots you with over 200k EHP or so and Force Armor. That makes the fight tons easier and much less stressful. When I killed Diablo I only had like 25k hp but over 200k EHP (vs 35-40k dps and 120k EHP for the rest of Acts 3 and 4). I haven't fought him since the 1.03 patch came out though, so he might not hit as hard, but really you can't go wrong with overstacking EHP for him since there's no dps race.

Did you log out in your MF swapped gear or do you really farm Act 2 with 10k dps using a kiting spec?
