Looking for a little help if im stacking to much res all / vit for act 2 and not putting out enough dmg.

First builds: Used these 2 builds for act 1 inferno and farmed it easy.

Stats. 36k life, 600 res all with prismatic up 17.5k dps in build 1, 21k dps in build 2

Farmed act 1 with about 14k dps using build 2 mostly.

So I ask. To much D not enough dmg for act? Changed out some of my res all gear for more int/ias/crit?
