Actually that all looks really good. How many amps on the +12v rail? I'm sure a 700watt psu will handle that card no problem. Is your OS 32bit or 64bit? Also what type and speed is your RAM? The processor is fine and although the LGA 775 socket is a little older you can still find cpu upgrades for it, but honestly the small gain wouldn't really be worth the price. If you have a decent HSF you could overclock the it a little depending on whether or not the BIOS is locked (ie. if it were a Dell, Gateway, HP etc.) to give you a little boost since the cpu will become a bottleneck when paired with a GTX 560 Ti (although playing at 1280 x 1024 shouldn't be any problem for the Q8200.)
