In the secondary link bar from the top (underneath the logo and the top-most menu bar featuring "Home", "BlizzTacker", "Forums", "Blogs", and "Wiki" links) is a link entitled "User CP". (See image below- red-highlighted region.)
(Click on image for a better view.)
On the immediate left of the screen, you will then see a list of options in a long, vertical menu. You will want to look under Settings and Options, the third menu sub-category from the top, and either select Edit Avatar or Edit Signature, depending on if you want to change your avatar or your signature. (See image below- red-highlighted region.)
Your signature is a region that appears underneath every one of your posts here on the forum board. It can contain text or images of various formats and can be formatted with the BB Code used to format your posts- so it is very easy to do. Please see rules 1A - Flame and 4D - Signature Regulations for the official forum board policy on what can and cannot be in signatures and also how they are limited in height, width, image size, and text lines (our forum board rules are located here).
Please refer to the below image before reading on.

1. Preview Section
The Preview area is an area that shows how your signature currently looks (it will be empty if you are new, have never done anything with your signature, or emptied it). This will be refreshed every time you click the Save Signature button or the Preview Signature button.
2. Edit Signature Section
The Edit Signature area is where you enter any text or put in any images in to your signature*. You do this by using the buttons across the top of the box, which will wrap BB Code tags around whatever you have highlighted with your mouse in the text area below. The BB Code tags will format your supplied input in various ways, ranging from color to alignment and to bolding.
After you are satisfied with your signature, you can click the Save Signature button to the bottom of the page and your signature will be saved. Now you should be able to view it below every one of your posts on the forum board. If you have any further issues, please post it in the Site Suggestions & Questions forum.
* On Images in Signatures: There is actually an area below the Edit Signature area that allows you to upload an image in to your signature- this is avoided because it is very limited in file size allowance. If you would like to insert an image in to your signature, it is instead advised that you upload an image to a hosting site (like ImageShack) and then paste the URL from there in to your signature, wrapping the IMG tags around it (or by clicking on the second-row icon of a mountain and square sun and pasting in the URL in to the resultant pop-up). If you have any issues with this, please PM me here.

-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.
