Draco_Draco, you are completely right about that. I did take the max as I wanted to make the point how high the rolls on gear should be, but you would indeed go with 7% on weapon, 20% on quiver, 7% on the 5 other slots, minus 1% on 1 of the non-weapon slots, and put 49 paragon points if you have 48% on tasker. Thanks for pointing this out
Warmonger, although correct, there is no need to be rude.
With 48% on tasker, you need 63.8% attackspeed. As you can have 20 on quiver and 10 from paragon, you need another 34% (as it never comes with .8%) on other items, meaning gloves+belt+bracers+both rings need 7%, and you can miss 1% somewhere. With both tasker and a good bombardier being hard to get, it is worth telling people you do need max as everywhere. Things change when you go with 49% or 50% tasker, or are willing to put attackspeed on amu/use the gem.
As for the question, yes, it is sad. On the other hand, it also is sad that there is no information anywhere in the game that something like a breakpoint exists, what it does, what the numbers are, and how far you are away from it. I'm happy that people asking this question at least KNOW about breakpoints, as I do help out people in general chat as well, and they often have no clue why they are not dealing damage with over 2m sheet dps.
With the game getting more and more casual every patch, it's sad that game changing information like this is nowhere to be found (in an official way).
To go even further: do you KNOW the breakpoints are correct, or do you BELIEVE they are correct? I only have a list with 7 numbers that I use in calculations, I might be so far off from the real breakpoints (just as everyone else, if the guy posting it was just trolling).

To calculate: 1.6 (base attack of weapon)*1.07(as on weapon)*1.48(tasker)=2.53376
4.15/2,53376=1.6378, so 63.8% needed from items and paragon, going down if you hit more on tasker.
