RRoG comes from Act 1 Horadric Cache. Period. The end. That is the only source. I'm not sure how a Rift Guardian is even being mentioned as a possibility.
A4 bounty has all the other acts' bounty rewards too.
Very true. If you are feeling exceptionally lucky or bored of Act 1 then Act 4 is a possibility but just keep in mind that an Act 4 cache has every act's rewards on its loot table. That can sometimes work out to your advantage if you're not fully geared and could use some other items from other acts. The Act 3 neck in particular can roll out as well as any other amulet and the bonus is nothing to scoff at.

Besides what Phuzi0n said (it can also drop from act 4's), the OP is asking because there used to be a greater cache from the rift guardian, but that loot got changed to just drop from the RG, so he's curious is cache only items can then drop from the RG (they can't).
Exactly, and thank you for the clarification. I didn't think so. Yeah I've run a few dozen A1 bounties with no dice and am getting a bit bored so I wanted to branch out.

Anything you see in my wiz that is deficient? I feel like I am not making use of the Thunderfury (which I just got 2 days ago).
I know RRoG is A1 horadric cache only, but does that include the drop from a Rift Guardian? I remember those used to be called greater cache so was wondering if there was any crossover.
And, since Im asking, can some of the more knowledgable wizards look at my build and point out anything that's easily corrected? I am currently running T2 easily, although the kill speed is just a tad slow. Usually rift guardians go down in a minute or under, no real survivability issues, although if I engage 2+ elites at once things can sometimes (not always) get interesting (meaning I just have to be careful).
