Riemu2k3's build looks very solid. The roar reflected dmg is nice and the combust shield benefits from it. I would actually use hold your ground instead of righteousness but I have reaper wraps that helps with wrath gen. Maybe drop finery for it. You'll get extra survival with block chance, it will boost your dmg of your shield, and increase the number of roar reflection hits.
