I've heard mixed reactions in the forums regarding the Crusaders toughness. They don't get the 30% reduction because they are considered a mid-range class. Personally, I wish they had made it a really tanky class in design. All that armor screams come hit me a lot. I know that the shield will make up for some of it, but I was really, really hoping I could make a tank that just stood there and laughed while Elites tried to smack me around.
