Guys, this game was designed to be a PVE ARPG, which means you get items that let you be overpowered and kill 20 mobs with 1 attack. Trying to implement pvp content in this scenario will result in people one-shotting other players. Trying to balance the PVP will screw up the PVE. Josh Mosquera already said that they don't want to make the same mistake as the WoW devs did. Any player that had played WoW for 2-3 years at least knows what I'm talking about.
What they also said was that they can't fit PVP into the game the way they want, because it can get very boring very quicky.
