What do you mean by suggestions? How are you going to aqquire that gear?

There are a few options when looking at uniques... Mainly Shaftstop though. Duriel's Shell, Spirit Forge, Crow Caw are all decent.

Actually i'm not sure if all of those exist in vanilla.
