Some synergies you listed only works with hard points, though I'll search a bit on them to make sure. But you're right on skills like Summon Resist, Lycanthropy and few others.
Also I guess it would be a good idea adding a plus and minus sign to click next to inputs. I'll note it down and see what I can do.
