When you put a point into a skill it lights up and when there are no points, its shaded. But if you put points into skills and hit the reset button, the points goes down to 0, but the skill isn't shaded.
I don't know if this could or how it would be addressed but its possible to check the skill rewarding quests, use the points and then uncheck them, resulting in -12 points remaining and a level of 111. Such as this. Just thought I'd let you know
