You think you have to be getting a PhD in math in order to be doing real or considerably difficult math? And that's not even the point. Your comparisons are flawed just because different types of learners are more predisposed towards other subjects than some. But since this is grossly off topic anyway, I'll just stop right there.
Dance Revolution is four arrows and you have to step on the arrow at the right time and you get a perfect good or somethin. Guitar Hero III is different... you use a guitar.
But the principle is essentially the same. It's all about timing. Just cause Guitar Hero has one extra button (arrow), doesn't mean it's that different.
Well for the most part, I do agree with you guys. It is just a game. And with all games, people are gonna brag about how good they are at it as if that means they've actually accomplished something worthwhile. Most games have these types of hardcore players though.
And besides, all Guitar Hero is really is Dance Revolution but less physical.
