I think it will be something similar to what we saw in D2:
Barbarian will projectively be the best choice for all out melee destruction and survivability.
Wizard will projectively be THE choice for MF, and even rushing, in the sense of having the Wizard Teleport to the boss room and tossing up a TP for everyone to charge into.
Demon Hunter will projectively take on the role of being able to quickly clear multiple packs of mobs without getting touched. Think: CS farming.
Witch Doctor will projectively take on the role that the Necromancer filled in D2: having the ability to sit back and eat a sandwich while farming mobs. They will potentially be the best killers when equipped with MF.
Monk... Let's be real for a second. Blizzard loves Paladins, in any form. Some would argue that Paladins are the "pet class" of Blizzard. That said, the Monk projectively won't be much different. The Monks will be the OP class in D3.
