So after Mirinae was nerfed into the ground, I like a lot of players, was really bummed. Walking around waiting for LotD so I can corpse spam again, or constantly managing my mages just isn't a fun way to play for me. Pestilence is pretty much worthless so that only leaves Inarius. After much testing, this feels the best for speed farming/T13/GR70's. It clears quickly and easily and doesn't care about density, cdr, rift type or boss etc.
I'd love to hear feedback on the build, as I would really like to see Inarius become competitive again at some point as I despise the playstyle of the current meta. Any questions, let me know! Thanks guys/gals.
Update 8/17/17 - Just did a GR 86 with this build with almost 4 min left using Wreath.... with Stricken and better gear I think this can go 90 or higher, let me know if anyone tries it how high you get. Thanks!
Update 8/22/17 - GR 80 run video ( https://youtu.be/XgbjSAhiD2Q ) with Wreath swapped for Toxin, not quite 'speed' but 6-7 min 80's on average. Looking forward to see what it can do in 2.6.1.

All done @ 1200ish para with decent gear.
