Hey guys is obsidian ring bugged? Before the patch it was recharging my vengeance easy without trouble... had it up and running perma with 20% cdr, logged on my dh and its not even ticking... also it was cubed and i swapped it to a random ring in the cube than back to zodiac and it started working again... logged out and when i came back in its bugged again... is this a known bug or? Any in game work arounds?
