This is against the ToS, no matter what you say OP.
Blizzard has stated several times that macros/software that automates gameplay is a bannable offense.
One keystroke should only result in one action in game, this means that multibox software that copies keystrokes to other games are fine since it's still one action per game per keystroke.
Automatically using skills is 100% bot behaviour, there was a program called PQR in WoW for example, all it did was automate your skills and people got permabanned for using it.
While this application is hard to detect and the chance of getting banned is slim to none it still doesn't change the fact that you are breaking the ToS. might as well just use a bot in that case.
Like others have said, if you still don't want to believe that this is a bannable offense, just post it on the official forums. I'm sure you don't dare to post it there since you know that Blizzard will bring out the banhammer on you and remove the thread.
im lolling... "might as well use a bot" does this program run bounties, grifts, rifts, wardens, or ubers for you?????? no it does not. Quin69 uses a similar program on twitch and has talked about it in twitch... if Blizz cared they would of banned him.. like many WoW users were banned while streaming on twitch for "actual botting" this doesn't even hit the outer wall of "actual botting" quit whining
