Your resistances seem to be in a really good place at the moment. The hp is still a bit low, not so low that it isn't manageable, but still a bit low. Shoulders and helm (second ring as well, but you have good resistances on that one, so I would keep it) seem like the best places to pull that out. Keep the good stats (res + dex) and add on vit on your new items and you have a solid monk.
Feel free to add me ingame if you have any more questions though (my profile and battletag is in my signature)
I'm looking for a general pricecheck on this weapon. If you are interested in buying it, feel free to post your bid (be serious about the bids please). I'll set a f/t and auction end when I find out what the price fot this would be.
Same as everyone else is saying, I dropped it at around 50-60k dps. After that point LoH and LS is just a bonus you're lucky to get on an already good dps weapon/item
Your hp seems a bit low. Not quite sure how you survive with that amount of hp. My guess is that your hp is the reason you haven't cleared act3 yet, so I'd try to improve that asap. Your belt, bracers and helm seems like good places to start buliding your gear stronger.
So its either LoH or LS? Are there any monks doing fine through all inferno with out any of those two?
Plenty. As you get higher dps you can rely on the health globes that monsters drop. Around the 50k or so mark you can just get som pickup radius on your gear and soak those orbs in.
With even higher dps you can kind of get rid of even that and just burst through everything in 1 serenity, but thats when you get to around 100k unbuffed dps.
As for your monk your hp is hideously low. As for your resists, well, they would be fine if you had 8x your dps to go with it. Upgrades for your shoulders, hands and boots shouldn't be too hard to find. Shoulders and boots focus on defensive, and go as much offence on the gloves as you can afford
The Monk above. Id recommend preparing to loose the shield and dual wield. Renew neck/rings/glove and make sure they got both crit and crit dmg, if you budget can afford it.
dat dex. :3, you sure you need that much life steal, though? + Only thing I could recommend would be getting more movement speed to up your farm speed : p, ( 9/10)
Drop the life steal and life on hit and get 1 or 2 items with pickup radius, then u can replace the items with life steal such as ur weapons with much higher damage ones. the thing is, above 55k dps unbuffed u dont need life on hit or life steal as monk, just pickup radius. Get some more dex/crit chance and ur dps will skyrocket, maybe 2set innas for extra 130 dex. Inna's Legs gives a lot of dps and 12% runspeed!!! might want a head with a socket for the xp gem and life % in general :), but thats optional seeing u prolly spent some gold on andariels visage u prolly wanna use that for a while. I am just used to roll with 0 life steal and 0 life on hit, i one shot everything and healthglobes are everywhere and they heal me for more than life on hit would

wow, that is a high quality piece of shit, nice one!
Woooaah, wow, wooaahoho! +29 Fire Resistance! I'll buy that from you right now, 50 billion gazillion golds!
The ridiculous thing about it is the text underneath. "One could withstand the fires of Hell itself wearing armor such as this". No one at Blizzard thought. "err, wait.. With 29 fire res? You sure..?"
I think they need to rethink how they are changing firewalkers, monks will now be biased towards fire resistance because of the added molten damage, high dex (300) and gauranteed fire/elem resist.
That was my thought as well with those. They look really awesome, but if you're a monk with any other resist you have to either drop the high dex / awesome proc or just drop the 40-ish resist. Will wait to see just how high the dex can roll before I would even begin to consider getting a whole new set for fire res though >.<
Your gears seems a bit low for going directly to farming act 2/3 efficiently, so I'd advice you do act 1 untill you can afford gear that can do act 2. The simple answer is really to get more res (you seem really low on the res of your choice especially, getting this higher should be a prio as) and health. Especially res.
As for your farm run I'd advice taking the teleporter to Northern Highlands and check for the watch tower as well. Go in there when you have five stacks as it may contain a goblin, and up to 10 elites. It's a small and crowded place, takes 5 min max to complete it.
Could use some critgear. Only crit chance from your gloves and no crit damage at all. Getting some of that would boost your dps by miles. Other than that it seems fine.

I'm looking for tips on where you would invest next to get the biggest upgrade

The andariels actually dropped for me yesterday. Not too decided about keeping it yet
Really good. Only thing I'd suggest is to switch those vit gems to dex gems. Your hp and defenses seem more than enough to go without them 9/10
