If this works anything like monk's fist of thunder where other elemental damage from gear is converted to lightning, I'll have to say that your archon damage will be changed to arcane.
My second wizard thanks you for this guide. If not for this video he would have been deleted and replaced with a barb. Should have thanked you a lot sooner but was having too much fun playing and racking up those paragon levels
