agree with both previous responses and just want to point out a few things.
Your paragon pts will be dependent on your current gear / setup. For example, I think once you have enough paragon points you should try to max out your move speed and then put the remainder in STR. The justification is that paragon pts are free and if you calculate the 50 pts into move speed vs 50 extra pts into strength then you are probably getting more bang for your buck with movement speed. This means your gear slots like boots / bracers / pants that have +move speed are no longer dependent on this primary stat and you can reroll for something extra.
50 paragon pts into strength = 250 strength
VS.
50 paragon pts into movement + reroll +move speed on boots for 400 to 500 str
The other thing I did was I went full life regen both in terms of gear + paragon pts because I have enough +all res gear right now. As I slowly get more paragon points, I plan on switching it over to all res and using my sockets for something else. Until then, I went life regen on paragon.
Again, probably more dependent on what your gear is than anything else.
Has anyone found an updated chart / site with information on the tick rates for patch 2.0? I did a google search and I only see information pre-2.0 and am wondering how things have changed, especially regarding WW + Sprint-RLTW. Is the attack speed / frames per second still the same as pre-2.0?
Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated. I am looking forward to jumping back in a playing next week.

I'm very intrigued by loot 1.5 on the PS3. I play D3 very sparingly right now on the PC and am waiting for loot 2.0 before I start playing regularly again. I feel the changes they are planning will make the game what we were all hoping it would be at release and all the reviews of the console version sound very positive so far. Wish Blizz would just flip on a switch and make the PC version the same
a D3 ladder season would definitely get me to come back and play (I'm only playing about 1-2 hours per week). Its the only way to wipe the slate clean and let players play as if it is a new game!

I wish I had leveled up 1 of each character back when you could do the XP exploit with Azmodan. I would love to try out that wizard build! I'm getting a bit bored of my ww barb.

And I agree with other comments here, I would not want to be answering CAPTCHA questions if I'm playing. There has to be a better way to detect and stop cheaters without having to inconvenience legit players. I think casual players would be turned off and stop playing.
Leap -> 4 seconds -> Ignore pain -> 7 seconds -> Leap -> 4 seconds -> Retreat until Leap is up again.
If you are in an area w/out too many ranged monsters, you can also try the leap -> ground stomp combo
Ground Stomp has a lower cooldown so allows for less "retreating". Ranged can be an issue in certain acts like II and III but the 24 yard radius (with the rune) for ground stomp is a pretty big radius.
