No, happened quite often in the beta. You even get the message minions of hell stronger/weaker when they leave.
Fully implemented, server side setting so 4 is max.

A DH is a ranged char. It shoots from afar and kites. You get to next difficulty, you gear a bit, repeat.
Wiz, same thing, you do what you did in the previous difficulty, only a little rougher until you have the gear, etc.
Barb, you run in, melee swinging like crazy, blowing stuff up. Next difficulty, more praying for Revenge to proc. Inferno, you now have to change up practically everything and switch to a defensive build and sacrifice Power for vitality. Whole outlook and approach changes.
I was loving the barb, but oddly the further I get, the less fun it is.
Especially considering I was debating Monk/Wiz initially.
Whats everyone stance on the Wiz vs DH feel?
Seems DH can output even more damage, some of that Dex gear might still be compatible when I do a Monk.
Wiz I see has some tanking potential with the Force Armor madness.
