Wow, that looks good. Could've done something better with the Tower, and make the marsh more prominent; but it is a helluva better job than I could ever do. I really like it and, if I could, would frame it.
Again, nice job. Just a thought for your next masterpiece, the Rogue Encampment (I never see people making that)

It probably won't be aviailable for download online, but to play devil's advocate lets say there might be. This is because there are a large number of games avilable for download on Steam that release the same day as the game. I know, I know. Blizzard isn't assocaited to Steam, but I am proving a point that it is possible and has been done before.

All just made to seem larger and worse than it really is. There are some things we need to worry about, and they are the same thing we worried about 30 years ago. Car crashes, plane crashes and drugs.
The Swine flu has killed 1 US citizen so far. A toddler...toddlers have one of the worst immune systems so go figure. But seriously, I have a better chance of getting killed by a homeless guy than dying from the swine flu. So we should all start carrying tazers, baseball bats, and other objects to keep the hobos away instead of wearing those face masks. (No, I am not endorsing violence against the homeless....I like them, especially my friend Bernard [http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3c/HomelessParis_7032101.jpg])
The media causes mass hysteria at time. Yes, getting important news and facts to the public is necessary, as long as the news and facts are completely straight. Where is the real corruption in this world? The government or the media?

I will hopefully stockpile some munchies beforehand, and then while it is installing I will play D2 on an alt pc. Once it is installed my first character to be made will be a Barbarian eating munchies through my adventures.
Side note: Think we will be getting a midnight release?

This is one thing that pissed everyone of us all a few times during our play in Diablo 2. Lets say you are transferring (xfering XD) items between characters. Or you are switching between characters quickly to make the cow portal. First and second switch work fine...but then you get the oh-so hated image that forces us to halter our addiction.
This image I speak of is known far and wide. The name is not known, but its effect are great. The SINGLE thing that keeps us from playing our game....the thing that says there is an error with your router!! We know there isnt anything wrong with it, but the game insists we do. Now,who all agrees life will be better without that error message??
I do because th----- YES! Error message went away. Back to playing Diablo.

There is all this talk about Diablo fans getting Diablo 3, but....what about those that have never touched Diablo 2? Will they be inclined to buying the game too?
I think it is clear we are buying the game more for the coninuation of the series, more-so than the actual game itself.
I asked some of my friends who havent played the Diablo series, and they were turned off by the iso view, some the gameplay, and the attack process. Basically the all the things we love in Diablo.

Yes they would. The main reason for failiure of Hellgate London is the fact that it wasn't Diablo. People just not interested in exploring the Hellgate London Lore.
But alot of people saying on these very forums that they will play game with any kind of graphics as long as it's Diablo 3.
Just read people's posts, they will play almost anything if they see brand. That, my friend, is called brand equity.
I'm one of the few people who actually got past the "brand loyalist" attitude and just evaluate games objectively, but vast majority just want their "Diablo" franchise installment and they don't have much concern about the quality.
Diablo 3 doesn't look graphically much different from Titans quest, or WoW or GoW but there are people who think it's God's Gift to mankind just by virtue of being "Diablo"
I actually read the first HG:L book. And let me say that it was the best book I have ver read. It doesnt make the actual game seem better, but for some reason if they followed the books, it would be sooo much better.
The book follows a different track than the game. The Templars use the tunnels for transport, and have wide open areas to fight large amounts of demons.
If you know what is good for you, buy the first book. You will be addicted.

Welcome to the forums though!
Side note: Think we will be getting a midnight release?
1-Return to last town.
2-Restart as ghost in area and find body.
3-Pay gold and revive yourself.
It was fun to be a ghost and find your body.

To those who are going to sell it- I hope when Diab lo returns he rips you a new one.
I think it will be released June 29th (Or whenever D2 was released.)

I wish they would use the IN GAME CURRENCY instead of trading items (like in D2). It makes the game so horrible.
