If I use Efficacious Toxin ( poison all enemies hit for 3250% weapon damage over 10 seconds) and Pain Enhancer ( Critical hits cause the enemies to bleed for 1,710 weapon damage as physical over 3 seconds) gems at the same time this dmg stack ? Im using my Wiz with full firebird set and i have this 2 gems and in t6 every single mob including elite just melted but idk if this 2 bonus works at the same time or stack, can some one help with this and thanks ..... sry fpr my english is not my primary language
Really depends on how much cool down reduction you can get. If you can get 2-3 seconds off the 6 second cool down then it makes more sense, but only getting 1 second, I would prefer the 15-30% extra damage.
