I was thinking I could either buy The Witching Hour belt for a flat 12k DPS increase with 2k decrease in EHP for 40-50m or I could sell my Skorn and go for a ~900 DPS LS 1H + Triumvirate.
I personally like life steal as I generally dislike kiting (but am sick of melee wizard already), and thus prefer to hit Archon and just face tank.
Or is there any other slots I could improve on?
