I run a very similar build from time to time, but I use Deadly Reach: Foresight instead of Blazing Fists. The 15% ms+as are nice, but the buff duration is just too short for my taste, having to refresh it every few seconds. With Foresight, you only have to tap it once for almost any battle (only the third strike as well), the buff itself lasts quite long and combination strike keeps itself at the highest stack count if you don't stop attacking. This nets you 49% increased damage, the dps gain is usually about the same as Blazing Fists (the closer you get to BiS gear the better Foresight will do compared to Blazing Fists actually), the only thing you don't get is the movespeed as a tradeoff for less troublesome buff refreshing.
The problem with the movespeed would be, that its overshadowed massively by Tempest Rush. Even in a dual-wielding build, if I want movespeed, I just add Tempest Rush and Exalted Soul, so I have a couple of seconds in speedmode to travel between packs. Your build offers nice additional damage and a little bit of added movement. If it works for you, very good, but whenever I need movespeed with the Monk I end up asking myself why I am not using Tempest Rush
Deadly reach build is just too slow and clunky for me, not enough cyclones, not enough spirit regen and slow movement speed. Concerning the tempest rush builds, if you use tempest rush with one handers you lose a damage ability and a defensive ability. CC build suffers from neither of those which allows you to take it to any MP. Against the 2 handed tempest rush build CC has the advantage that it has no damage ceiling, you can stack ias and it helps the build instead of hurting it.
I see a few ways you could gain paper and maybe some useful dps. If you want to increase your farming power for mp3-mp6 you can get a two hander with 200 crit damage and a socket. A Skorn is ideal but you can probably get a good rare for under 20 mil (with LS) if you look for a while. You could get an innas chest and then get a perfect roll Andi's helm. About 50 mil for the 2, but you would lose resist. Another way is a nats ring with haste and crit dmg. Not too expensive depending what the other stats are. This stuff will increase your paper damage a lot and is still very valuable with your current build as well as a two handed farming build.

Nice posts from the cm's, I agree wholeheartedly. These types of posts that clam games are trash are on every site for every game now. Remember when GW2 didn't release their forums until 2 or 3 weeks after launch? Smart but it made them look weak at the same time. It's so much healthier for ragers to go and find another game they like instead of getting all emotional on the forums, refreshing the page to see if anyone responded to their garbage posts, felling good when they batter others with their almighty opinions.
what u have is a hybrid grenade/trap spec tho =)-, "pure" grenade spec should have cluster arrow instead of spike trap and... grenadier passive =D
I think he's going for more of a tank spec where spike trap would be way more powerful than cluster arrow at a very small hatred cost. The only other hatred cost is for turret which is also minimal so grenadier isn't needed. I made a short video of this build it's way better to just see it in action. Try this one out, the evasive fire rips up trash and rapid fire destroys packs. Plus you can use an evasive fire chest and a rapid fire quiver. If enemies get in your face you can just rapid fire them so you don't go on a backflipping spree, the night staker is more so you can move around quickly and still be ready for fights, I honesty try not to use backflip often, unless i feel it's the best option for a situation.
Edit: I actually like archery over steady aim. Just realized i am tanking a bit more than i remembered on packs.
Edit: the rapid fire quiver is also a good investment if you are running a tryhard type ubers build (entangling shot: justice is served with rapid fire spam)
