i have one but it dropped for my WD....
i still can't get to play TF+SOH combo on either barb/monk FML after all these d3 years
I have ancient versions of both a SoH and OS, the SoH in particular is awesome with 3.1k DPS. Would SoH + WKL still be preferred or is OS still considered a great weapon? How far do you think a dual wield lightning monk can go? i.e. Farm T6 handily + low to mid 30's GRifts?
Fixing two rather major bugs is not the same as nerfing. And before you chime in with "semantics" let me clarify just what semantics actually means: "The wordsemanticsitself denotes a range of ideas -- from the popular to the highly technical. It is often used in ordinary language for denoting a problem of understanding that comes down to word selection orconnotation." Bug fix & nerf can in no way be confused.
Also, without the bugs in place, who can say if it will be good as compared to Odyn Son or TF, Just have to wait and see. Not bugged is not the same as being bad.

I disagree. I think CO-OP should be the most powerful and best way to not only play but find items and level paragon and the incentive should be substantial enough to over come people's reluctance to play co-op.
It's not really a buff. It's a debuff on the monsters in range given by an aura effect. The aura/mantra is active only on the monk so the monk has to be near the monsters for them to be affected.
That was my view, that the debuff applied only to the monk, not to the group.
So, not being to proud to be a noob or to be made fun of...a clanmate and I were having a discussion....is Mantra of Conviction + overawe a group buff or self buff?
Well I have been looking at D3 for the first time in months after everybody got all excited about the patch. I am not impressed.
First : legendaries : It's raining them now, great. They are still bloody useless though. I just hope that that will improve when we get the new legendaries. But the ones dropping right now are as useless as they were before loot 2.0.
Rares : well great, now rares almost always have the main stat i need and also a 200+ vitality roll added to it. The vast majority of it is still just for disenchanting though. Yes, the rares are more tailored towards your class. But they still suck. If you have 200+ of main stat and vit, you can be pretty sure that it will neither have all resist nor any damage stats.
So all in all I have not found one single item so far that was a slight upgrade over the items that I was able to buy in the Ah ( like back in november ) for a few millions. I just disenchant more items with the proper main stat now.
Things will not get much better after RoS hits either. There will be a little run while leveling, and then you will find some quick updates at 70, but i give it a week or two at max before we are in the same position again, that we have tons of drops and none are upgrades. At least back with the AH you could turn all this mediocre gear into some gold and buy an upgrade every now and then. Now we are just at the absolute mercy of the RNG gods.
Seriously!? You are comparing level 60 BiS items to items intended for those coming to RoS new and leveling to and through level 60 on their way to 70!? Seriously??
So because people E.G Myself thought it was just a quick way of leveling with the tradeoff being very boring who spent 5+ hours doing it without knowing it's an exploit (When you think of the amount of exp paragon 800 has, it doesn't seem that faster). We should have that work removed?
Yup. You can not honestly say that as you cavorted around doing this exploit that some where deep inside you weren't saying...."we're cheesing the system."
It's one thing on the PTR/Beta with the Nemesis bracer exploit, but that too, was an EXPLOIT!
LS still works in live at 60. When RoS comes out and you level, LS will suck, so look to pick up LOH, LAK, LPS, etc.
For LS to work, you need in excess of 50k sheet DPS. Not sure what you DPS is or how long you've been away from the game. But don't get used to it, it's going away in a few weeks.
My legs grant +10 to DR, my belt another 15% for a total of 25%. Meanwhile my lightning dmg is at 113%.
So for DR is it (((DR*1.1)*1.15)*2.13))) or is it ((DR*1.25)*2.13))
Also, without the bugs in place, who can say if it will be good as compared to Odyn Son or TF, Just have to wait and see. Not bugged is not the same as being bad.
