I don 't really enjoy seasons, I only do it to get the transmog, possibly to get some of the additional perks for playing season come s3, but that's it, majority of the time I want to play with NS players. I play regularly and have mostly played solo, only because everyone I used to play with focus on seasons instead of NS
i know what you mean with the high crit numbers from boulder toss, but really, if it doesn't crit, it's sad.. not to mention, it pales in comparison with other builds.. say a shotgun build hitting elites for 70m per beam.. and you can do this and almost never run out of wrath.. compared to 200m hits with poor target and low spammability it becomes... meh
Zeis gem is very useful. I'm running a phalanx build using the horses which in itself stuns and knocks procing the knock back bracers from a distance. In fact, enemies are pushed back while I stand still spamming which makes it effective over time as well. Another stun will always help, perma CCing even elites. It also works combo with the gem that increases damage against crowd Controlled enemies :-D oh, helps with the haunt of vaxo too.
what we all need is a holy soj that comes with a socket or 8 cdr straight out. we don't need the str since just having that socket will add to our str assuming you're using finery.
I don't really believe that 200 t5 caches got you just 1 rorg, but supposing it's true, it doesn't change the fact that higher torment = higher chances of rorg. that's part of their implemented changes. don't keep everyone's hopes down if YOU are unlucky either
You're making it seem it's ~1:15 chance in T6, and I know for fact that you know that's not true. All I'm saying.
You're right, it isn't true, but I'm confident it's close to it. It can be less efficient when doing t6 cache runs in a full party but I did 10-15 T6 A1 party cache runs maybe twice, in both instances, only 1 out of 4 did not get the rorg. but I get your point, I do not mean to state it as fact that 1:15, however, it is a fact that the chances for RoRG are so much higher in T6
remember the video of the guy who did 20 t6 cache runs and got 3 rorgs? that's definitely a factor. i have several rorgs, it's just not perfect ones that i get.. however, i do run t6 a1 cache runs and i usually get one every 10.. not always, but usually, yes

I can confirm this. I too get more or less one every 10-15 caches on T6 (might just be the case of good RNG though)
Lol... just lol. Maybe it's my bad luck but after countless runs on T5 (lets say 200+) I've had one.... Don't get people's hopes up if YOU are lucky.

As a disclaimer, I haven't been a crusader for that long. I started him a little before the community buff. The only reason I made one was because gyrfalcon dropped on my wiz. I am having a lot of fun with the BS build.
I started with the holy rune but am now using fire/combust. Here are my thoughts on both
Holy: it bounces back and forth between 2 targets but is rather weak, especially on single target. My experience with it is that on whites, it damages for around 5-7m on initial hit and then 2-3m on the rest of the bounces. more damage against elites ofcourse, I believe it was something like 7-10m initial and then 4m bounces. It's fun and gives the illussion of even faster aps. you rely on mobs to kill high HP tough elites/monsters.
Fire: unlike the holy rune, it doesn't bounce back to the same enemy twice. It's stronger for single target. My experience with it is that on whites, it damages for 10-13m and can proc the combust rune for 6-7m.On elites, it hits for 13-16m with 9-10m combust proc. It takes some getting used to coming from the holy build but i find it performs a lot better than the holy rune. I run t5 easy, t6 is still too much for me.
I'm still missing better gloves and once I get a BT pair of shoes that I can reroll to have similar stats to the one I'm wearing, I'll be using 2 set at least, possibly 3(although harrington doubles all the damage mentioned so it's hard to let go). You'll also notice that my soj is int because my wiz was my main for the longest time.
does cold damage tal amulets add slow effect to enemies making cold blooded activate? don't want to just rely on scoundrel. I want to be able to use it in parties too where there are no other players who use cold or freeze. BTW, I play archon wiz
For high monster power, perfectionist is almost a must unless you have tanky gear. I didn't comment on the passive skills you used since I use the same ones. If you need to be more defensive, you can also use turrets that have damage reduction AoE. With high critical, and i think you have enough, you won't use preparation too much especially since you have night stalker and rapid fire combination, however, you will need higher may disc for security. That's why I have it in my DML and nat chest. You could experiment and see of you think you can replace the skill slot.
