Best thing you can do is likely reply to the threads and show your support for changing the stupid mechanic. There is simply no reason the game should count down from 10 to close for you since you didn't initiate the kick. It's not as if you are intentionally being kicked to avoid death and therefore exploiting (although I suppose some people could orchestrate that).

One of the guy's involved in this lost a 22 WD though.

Skycrown first to get stacks is a nice change. Too many times I've done core > tower 1 and only had a 2-3 stacks. No matter where I went after that, I would be wasting xp due to not enough stacks.

Eh, maybe. According to some of those illegal 3rd party sites the ban rate wasn't that high compared to the people who use the bot.

Do you guys think gold is on the rise because of the holidays/rmah money pit, or is there something else going on?

If it's just because of a player influx, this looks promising for when PvP arrives. Gold last week was around 29 cents per million, and it's now up to 39 cents!

Well, I am able to pull 10 million a run like you did (only using a perfect star in my helm), but I am about a minute longer. I think my dps is the problem as some elite packs slow me way down. That and I like to loot random shit too much.

Either way, it's better than what I was doing.

I am running something similar, but using Leap/call of arreat over Furious Charge. It generate plenty of fury on its own, not to mention the aoe pull for overpower and mobility it provides. I'm only 130k dps with all buffs, but the speed is great for me so far. I'll give your route a try today.

Edit: I think I will try this build out and just try my Leap over bash. The furious charge looks like it helps a ton on speed. I have a 5pc IK so fury isn't too much of a problem right now.

One of the best things about the old battle.net (Diablo 1) was the ability to create your own channel and have op. Anyone could make a guild and stick a bot in a channel. Guilds in D1 were how I met some long-lasting friends. However, we did like to channel war and got a lot of CD keys banned... I was in ~TG|{~ if anyone remembers those days.

Definitely guild channels, ladders, and way more affixes on gear.

Remember, Blizzard takes the holidays off. Probably just tidying up before a 2 week vacation.

Sure, sometimes I run into horde hulking phasebeasts and die a few times, but I can usually run for an hour without seeing a repair bill over 20k.

Try picking up some vitality and maybe LoH on an amulet (you used to be able to get 400+ LoH for 300k or less). Check for some legacy Ouroboros necks, they always looked nice. I just never found one with physical resist myself =\

Maybe I am crazy and only remember this...because I am crazy...but didn't they announce arena coefficients would be different than PvE? That seemed to stick out in my mind because I couldn't believe WoW didn't do that yearrrrs ago.

That's not the point of the thread. He is simply showing 422% mf. Everyone knows you can swap gear right before the pack dies. Why do you need a video to see that?

I disagree. Load up The Black Soulstone. Take the waypoint to Zultan and hit up his chambers. You can usually get 5 stacks between the 2 chambers unless you get the rare pack of baneling guys. Kill Zultan after the 5-stack, tp back to town and start the quest for Belial (go to the bazaar to start the event) and then tp back to town again.

From here you can take any waypoint you choose. Ancient paths has a chance to get a goblin, road to alcarnas, sewers, all have rare packs in them. Farm packs until you're blue in the face and tp back to town to kill Belial. He always has a rare pack right before his entrance too.

I would like Act 1 slightly better if you were given Halls of Agony level 3 but I guess that would be too easy. However, the drops are simply better in Act 2 if you have the gear.

I see Beacon of War being a nice 3rd passive instead of Resolve or Transcendence after severely outgearing content, like I currently do for Act 1/2. Beacon is pretty fun to play with so far. Literally half of my skills currently have cooldowns and this just makes it more 'fun'.

What are your opinions on a 3rd passive besides Resolve or Transcendence?

Sorry if I missed it, but how much crit do you recommend before switching to cyclone? I'm still hesitant to drop my Helm of Command, my rings are horrible, and my bracers have zero crit. I'm still at 20% though!
