You guys are right, let's keep every item found in the game, stay in circulation. While we are at it, let's keep ALL of the gold found in the game stay in circulation. That's right, when you spend money repairing items, crafting items, with the jeweler, etc...that money should magically appear in a somebody else's account and stay in circulation. Or maybe there can be a Recycling House, where you can sell your previously used gold.
In addition to no item sinks, we need to get rid of gold sinks. Gold sinks are so WOW.
...or we can just keep the gold sinks and use the existing item sink (salvaging items). I would much rather get mats out of my "unworthy" items than give them/trade them to some stranger.
I did some quick research on sales in my town. We have a population of only about 1,300 people and at out local gamestop (midnight release) there is an estimated 100 people who will show. On our most recent census, I think there around 300 families (averaging in 3 people per family) and that means about 400 other people who are living alone or with non-family members. There are about 520 housholds total.
Anyways my point being, 1 in 13 people in my town are coming to the MIDNIGHT release, and a memeber of 1 in every 5.2 housholds . Not to mention some of the people toward the edges of town are closer to other Gamestops. Obviously these numbers don't include pre-orders from any other websites either.
I know no one cares but I think it is kind of interesting.
I pre-ordered, plus I live in as smallish town so I have it pretty easy. I am going to show up an hour early though for the fun. This is my first midnight release as well.

I think that is a pretty good idea haha

I am lucky enough to have been in the beta, but I always hated it in WoW when I couldn't have all of the feats of strength.
This is your first post though so I forgive you.
2. I think I read a blue post that playing in a group will be easier (monsters will be tougher, but you have a lot more "fire power")
3. You're right, SC and HC have no connection.
4. Don't play HC if you have connection problems
