Could switch out cindercoat and strongarm for aughilds if you keep dying. 15% less damage from elites +7% less damage taken from melee and ranged. Probably net you a little dps loss, but you'll gain alot of toughness from it (has a 15% bonus to elites aswell..which will make up for some of the dps loss)
I agree with the difficulty scaling, it would be cool if the higher torment levels introduced new challenges instead of just higher hp / dmg on the mobs you're facing.
I also agree with the changes to skills, if you change the elemental type, you're really screwing people who has spent months perfecting a build.
However..there ARE items that changes the way skills work, so i don't get your point there..and there'll be more of them in the next patch.
Two handers are finally in a good place, and they should recieve some credit for actually taking that step instead of hiding under a chair.
Max ApoC at level 60 is 4 in Loot 2.0 at level 60, this will scale aome for RoS (6-7 maybe?) With Prodigy passive and/or reduced resource cost, there are plenty of viable ways to play in the expansion.
You can geat a nice 1350 dps 1hander with socket and a huge amount of str from griswolds. but up to you. Tbh its only for another 13 days and its all redundant anyways.
Boohoo..Us Europeans pay more than you for the expansion, but we still have to wait an extra day for every single update. Bitching about 3 hours ..pfft
Personally i don't think the crusader looks very bad ass..he looks extremely "Tanky" which is his purpose i guess. I'll stick to my arcane powertool for now.

Lifesteal is going away. At level 60 it's only 10% of its original efficiancy. Builds with low hp and heavy lifesteal dependancy is redundant now. A newly leveled character will now have 70k hp and around 1000hp life on hit, so yeh..you need to lower your difficulty and gear up
Actually being level 60 with loot 2.0 is kinda crap. It's clear what direction they're heading for level 70, but haven't found a single actual uprade yet. Found some good loot, but in loot 2.0 you won't get IAS, Crit damage and crit on the same item..basically making them less valuable than current gear....you'll stick with current gear until higher level drops will have so high values of the new stat types that it surpasses your current gear.
Well..The most important aspect of a ladder in a game that is all about loot, is to reset the economy at frequent intervalls. My personal wish for a ladder was due to the fact that the auction house inflation had reached a level that was unbearable and plain silly.
With the removal of the auction house, it'll still balance the economy by reseting it every few months, it'll also create a competative aspect to a game that is mostly played solo. Ladders in diablo 2 introduced unique items and runewords to encourage people to participate, they could easily do that in diablo 3 aswell (recipies instead of runewords). I hope they introduce ladders, and i hope non-ladder game will be more forgiving on the BOA aspect they're introducing. (whyy..whyyy do that...the removal of the ah was enough...blaah).
Unless they change how the game engine uses the directx implementation, it should work like a charm..Darkd3 is an fxaa injector with prefixed settings, and yes...Darkd3 makes diablo look like diablo and not the yellowish blobby crap it does without it.
Most likely there won't any major statboost until the expansion..it's just the loot formula that will change. I think people are expecting too much from loot 2.0..people with great gear won't get a full set of upgrades on day 1. You might find "sidegrades"..but thats about it
Rend is mainhand dps only, so dual wield rend build is just Ass.

belt. Ditch overpower with skorn, use rend. Use Hammer of the ancients aswell..its awesome against elites. Brawler talent is also insane, but if you're having issues surviving with it, you have to go with bloodlust i guess. You could go rend with lifedrain and ditch bloodlust, i think you'd have about the same lifedrain as you have now with higher rage gain and dps.
Str vita items, and a weapon with a socket..then you stuff a 100 weapon damage gem in the weapon, and you're set up to level 43-44..then you buy a level 60 weapon with reduced level requirement and life steal..and stuff the weapon gem in that one. Remember that the crusader is a 1handed shield user,
