I'll be honest and say prolly 3 months +, because I will play a few of the classes before I settle in on one I feel like grinding through on inferno with
^ This, once I hit 60 and beat hell with one i'll probably just want to start to play another and repeat until i've maxed all the chars and found one I really like the start inferno with, but who knows.
Seriously why do you wanna use basic attack over the 100 other attacks that is superior in every way? This is like crying about something just for the hell of it.
I'm honestly not concerned about the first 1/3 of act 1 normal being easy, I mean the first 1/3 of act 1 d2 was fairly easy but the difficulty definitely ramped up enough as you progressed.
This change doesn't seem to solve one of the problems I had with the previous system though - think of how limited your stash space is and how many sets of armour/weapons you need for all the different runes? Like imagine having 5 sets of pants, one for each rune for Plague of Toads, or 5 sets of headgear for the runes for that skill. Then imagine needing items for all the runes for all the skills for all the classes in the game :S.
They'll increase stash size after some time after release. Just that huge initial surge of data coming from launch is too intensive where it originally. No worries there!
Even with more stash space a system like that would just be completely ridiculous.
Wow...skill runes really are just going to unlock as you level...lame.
Agreed, I liked the random drop system. This is why I shouldn't follow a games development, get so used to the idea of how something will work only to have it changed later down the road :/, the price you have to pay I guess.
I'm going to vote yes, not just because they are nice to have as a constant background attack, but they also act as a distraction to monsters and will allow you to attack them while they are busy going after the dogs.
now at the bottom of the page he mentions the total amount of combinations being 2,285,814,795,264 different build combinations, now teh trick to finding out if he is pyschic or not is adding up the numbers.
2,15,13,21,12 seems simple, now what does that look like to you? To me it looks like...
Febuary 15th 1:21pm 2012...he predicted the release date announcement 6months ago? Only time will tell.
Well I suppose we will soon know for sure if you are correct or not

I just face-palmed.

Where exactly do you rent beta time? lol
