I feel like Inferno bosses will be almost unhealable. imho itll end up being a case of dodge, unload huge amounts of damage using cooldowns, slow boss then run around and heal up using health globes/kill spawns and repeat.
If you could match the boss' damage with healing then itll be too easy, if you cant then most likely it would be more worthwhile to focus on dps with enough resis/defence.
Also, now that they've made it effortless to swap skills/runes around, to me it would make sense for them to avoid scenarios where everyone switches to single target dps for bosses. Imho they will add enough spawns/adds during bossfights to force people to keep a mix of dps skills.
That said, I like your build, will probably use something like this for early inferno, since mobs are so dangerous you probably want to single target everything down anyway. fear the quill rats!
This is Diablo...Why are people assuming that these things wont be drops? when I heard about them I figured they were items added to the drop list that can't be traded and had a reasonably high drop chance.
hope its this. It makes it more interesting that you would have to hunt for it like any other dye, rather than having it just handed to you, limited use or otherwise. However I also think that it is unlikely as people will complain about buying CE and then not being able to use the special dyes whenever they wanted. So most likely unlimited use... or with a cooldown?
SEA, in Sydney and the latency to Singapore (where the servers will probably be like in SC2) is better than to the US, at least for me. That and the fact that I have SEA friends, but no US friends. Then theres the timezone differences as well, it just makes it easier to play with people around the same timezone. Although granted, low times in the US will probably still have more players online than peak times over here.
Totally speculating here but its pretty easy to change proxy settings to trick yourself into appearing in another country (at least it was/is with BF3, which has been release in the US but not in AUS yet and a few of my friends have unlocked it and are playing currently is AUS. I personally haven't so can't comment any further), with that being said, and assuming we can pre-download, I would speculate that it will be a global midnight release Irvine, CA time. I might be totally wrong.... but hey
Nah the region you can play in depends on the game region you bought it for, so its not IP based or anything like that. Eg if you buy the EU version, even if you logon in the US you can only play on the EU servers.
