I'm perfectly fine with the use of color in the game, I've always been. My problem is the fact that the game looks like it's using WoW's graphics engine.
Diablo 3 is a spitting imagine of WoW, there are no ifs ands or buts about it.
Graphics isn't everything in a game. Don't be so immature with this. For anyone else who wants to complain, wait for further updates on the developments, until then, SHUT UP!!!
Graphics are most things, it's how you interact with the game.
If you aren't happy with interacting with the game you very well aren't going to keep playing it.
All I ask from Blizzard is to not lie about using WoW's graphics engine.
What's most disappointing is that instead of thinking of something new and wonderful, they took an old idea from another one of their games that worked and slapped it onto a new game. But, we can thank the new Diablo fail team members for that.
Blizzard has lost their ability to be somewhat unique in the industry, recycle recycle recycle.
FIRE THE ENTIRE DIABLO 3 TEAM, hire some chimps, they may do a better job.
And it may be due to me simply getting older, but I wasn't in awe when I watched the cinematic or gameplay, I was definitely interested and wanted to play but I didn't find myself being swallowed whole by the game which worries me and takes another point off. The fact that I did not think Diablo 3 when I first saw the game play video also disturbed me, I thought I was watching a preview for another game.
The Internet has become flooded with morons and idiots who think they are being profound in accepting less than the very best for a game THAT WE ULTIMATELY PAY FOR.
Indeed, Rotan made me LAUGHHH.
Then again I realize I'm on a forum composed of mostly middle school children who are viewing this as a Christmas present rather then what it is. And that's a company looking for a profit who just happens to be developing a sequel to one of the best selling games of all time.
If Diablo 3 doesn't please the consumer 100%, Blizzard might as well pack up their bags and leave. Blizzard so far hasn't created a game that was lesser then it's predecessor, I am not going to sit back and simply be happy that I'm getting Diablo 3, I'm going to complain about what I don't like about it since this is a business deal and not my birthday. If this game was being made by anyone else but Blizzard I wouldn't give this game another thought, but this is Blizzard, this is Diablo 3. It must be perfect, it must be exactly what we the consumers want. Blizzards name will be tarnished if they don't deliver.
To those of you NOT complaining about the game don't bother to read this post.
To those of you who are... I can hardly believe you have the nerve to critique a game that you've been waiting for for roughly what? 8 Years!? A game that you have just seen what? MAYBE 1% of! Not to mention that the game at this point is still in development, and more than likely won't be released for another 2 years. Personally I say be glad you're getting a Diablo3 at all!
People can't critique something they've been shown?
If they've been waiting 8 years and it's not what they expected by all means they have every right to critique it.
I'm bothered by the fact the game has been in development for 4 years and is still in it's early stages, I'd rather have not known about Diablo 3 if it's going to take another few years to release.
They did that with Diablo 2, perhaps it's tradition.
A year maybe two years, fine, but the game is obviously not even at the stage to announce it will be in alpha in 3 years.
Now, the question is, how far along are they? Is our wait going to be a long one?
It looks incredible, I am disappointed with the graphics as I feel they're cartoon like but they do just fine and I'm sure by the time the game releases there may be some high end graphics tweaks.
It's interesting though, there's now a choice between male and female classes, never thought that would happen in Diablo.

Oh please, you're a lying sack of potato chips.
I care, more people care then not, the game looks absolutely wrong.
Does it look more Diablo before or after?
Mhm
Before is all nice and dandy if it weren't Diablo but good god the after is orgasmic.
How about that? BLAT BLAT, that's how it should be looking.
D3 looks terrible, we must complain about the graphics now while they can still be tweaked.
The graphics are OK.

First impressions are everything.

But now I have Vista 64, and to my understanding it may or may not run.
Anyone here running D2 on Vista 64? What needs to be done to run it?

I think it's a penis.
Mythically magically delicious.
