The primary goal of this build is to whittle the opponent's health and power down while waiting for an opportunity to deal massive burst damage. This is achieved via Arcane Dynamo. The 75% damage bonus to one spell may sound worthless, but theoretically, if once casting of Arcane Torrent lasts as long as you have Arcane Power, then the bonus is optimized. Arcane Torrent is runed to "Death Blossom" for maximum damage (375% Weapon).
The Signature Spell of choice is Spectral Blade. The last time I viewed Beta footage, Spectral Blade is imbued with whatever enchants and bonuses are active on your weapon, such as poisons and elemental damage, but also including the bonus from Magic Weapon. If this remains true, then choosing the Healing variants for both Spectral Blade and Magic Weapon is an easy synergy to increase survivability while storing flashes of insight.
Hopefully, whatever runed effects you apply to Mirror Image also apply to the decoys you summon through Teleport's Fracture variant. This would allow you to teleport to/away from an enemy and instantly summon mirror images that can deal slight damage, which will take some amount of pressure off of you.
Since attack speed effects cast speed, I've placed Slow Time's attack speed increase variant as the final skill. Optimally, you will cast this immediately/soon before casting Arcane Torrent backed by Arcane Dynamo. The cast speed increase will cause the burst damage to come incredibly fast. Any nearby allies will also benefit from increased attack speed, enabling them to finish off any stragglers.
Edit: In the event Teleport and Mirror Image do not synergize as intended, I would switch them out for Energy Armor and Archon.
A very agressive PVE build, with mass AOE damage. I like this build, because you can break in hordes of monsters and crushing them quick. Gimme more, more and more....
My build is this one for a Wizard: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/wizard#bVjUWm!YgT!Yccbac
I tried to get a good way to use a signature spell(like recharging ur arcane bar), i choose teleport for a good way to avoid attks, and wave of force to knock back enemies if they get too close.
The others are offensive like, for full massive dmg(with some AoE, of course), and a very good cooldown like Archon for some special cases. =)
I am planning for this to be a solo capable build, one that will control the battlefield with Grasp of the Dead, and use Firebomb and Acid Cloud for AoE damage. Sould Harvest is for keeping your mana supply up for casting spells. This character will also take full advantage of Zombie Dogs and will be keeping them going non stop, gaining life from passive abilities when they are sacrificed for increased AoE damage.
I hope to get a key and finally try this game that I have been waiting for for so long. Thanks!
I have quite a few builds that I want to try out when the game hits. This one I think is for a bit of "farming". The idea behind it is get somewhere quick, throw out damage and finish things off or get out of there.
Electrocute - A little bit of AOE dmg with the passive to stun, but mostly for when its time to get my Arcane power back and thus runed for that.
Arcane Orb - It looks like its doing some serious dmg to mobs in groups
Blizzard - Had fun with this in D2, hopefully its cool AOE dmg in D3 - Runed to freeze
Teleport - Runed to get around quicky
Ice Armor - Runed for a storm and dmg around me
Archon - Just to add to the "Get in there, do allot of dmg idea"
Passive Skills just obviously adds to this build.
Its all just speculation at this point and we'd obviously have to wait for the game, but it would be great to at least get a feel for the game with the Beta.

This build has a improvement on critical hits for crossbows, and a lot on movement speed when shadow power is on, which will grant some distance between targets, thereby facilitating to kill any enemy, and use multishot on multiple enemies, this way this build should probably be the best for soloing the game.
My Talent Build Is Demon Hunter Pvp "Pressure Not Pleasure" http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/demon-hunter#WcYUZQ!TZc!cbbbcb
The Objective Of this build is to Put Pressure on a Opposing PvP team with Slows From caltrops witch also activates Cull The Weak Stacked With Marked For Death with a Grim reaper Rune For splash dmg on near by enemies companion runed with Boar companion for more splash dmg rapid fire will splash with Fire support rune.
This is my build for Monk, which I've dubbed The Immovable Object. This build emphasizes getting into the fray and unleashing righteous fury upon all who oppose me, while soaking up or completely avoiding damage and sustaining myself against any damage I may take. It is also capable of locking down hordes of enemies, while simultaneously healing allies who attack enemies affected by my Mantra of Conviction.
Overall, I feel that my build offers a fine balance between attack and defense against hordes of demonic creatures that makes my Monk a very formidable foe even on high difficulties. This character weathers the storm while dishing it out in the eye of said storm.
mostly thinking about Hardcore with this Wizard build, high mobility, decent single and multi target dps, and various ways to get out of sticky situations
Ray of Frost: 200% weapon damage High single target damage. (Manly use while waiting for arcane power regeneration on blizzard)
Blizzard: 175% weapon damage over 3 seconds this make Blizzard the Main DPS source for this build and arcane power usage.
Frost Nova: 160% weapon damage over 8 seconds Frost Nova use in conjunction with blizzard will add to the main DPS source. And keeping enemies de-buffed for black ice.
Familiar: 20% weapon damage. Adding extra damage to whatever you’re targeting. Plus adding 2 extra arcane power regeneration.
Black Ice: Boosts all your ice spells damage by 20%
Glass Cannon: Increases all damage done by 15%
Astral Presence: Increases your max arcane power by 20. Plus arcane power regeneration by 2 per second. This also counters the use of Energy armor keeping your arcane power at 100.
Defences:
Energy Armor: Reduces large attack’s to 35% of your life so you can never be one shotted by anything Also adding 65%armor witch take care of the -10%armor decrease from glass Cannon.
Frost Nova: Can be used to slow enemy to keep them away from you making kiting easy.
Teleport: Is your main Escape ability and using the rune Fracture also working as a decoy to keep monster at bay insuring your escape.
Blizzard: By Casting Blizzard it also helps by freezing enemies holding them back and slowing them down.
Ray of frost: use to slow targets down but also lowing attack speed by 20% for 3 seconds. Using this on large mobs to reduce their incoming damage will be key to surviving if your court off guard.
Ideal affixes to hunt for on gear for this build:
Critical Hit chance
Critical hit damage
Intelligence
Vitality
Armor
Resistances
Maximum life
Life per hit
Maximum arcane power
Arcane power per crit
Movement speed
Plus Damage
This build works well with all weapon combos so it’s really up to you on which you chose to use but id probably be using wand and orb for the extra Affixes.
I’m Not worried about resistance mobs in inferno since no mob can be more than 50% resistant to any spell unless blizzard has change this it’s not an issue.
This build uses Threatening Shout to make friends and then Bloodthirst, Revenge and Rend to gain life while slaughtering said friends. Throw in some damage reducing passives and you're off to the races.
This build is highly explosive and dangerous. I focused highly on an aoe style of play design for blazing headfirst into dungeons and laying waste to hordes of demons. There's a bit of healing and defense added in just to reduce downtime and caution.
Intended to create boatloads of fury so that you are constantly at max fury and do 25% more damage, plus AoE abilities in order to inflict damage on mobs of... mobs.

This will be my Main in D3. Focuses on Damage and AOE. Not much Defense to be had.
