I usually farm at T1 and T2, but its kind of really slow for each cycle farm. I tried to gear up. Basicly, my monk deal under 2mil crit with WoL, and really weak defence. Anyway, I want to gear up and skill build to farm T3 and T4. Thanks for all help.
Since you got some nice WoL rolls on your helm and feet, i'll try to keep my suggestions revolving around that skill as well as your current gear with as little change as possible. In fact I'd keep everything there except for the legs: those 60 inna's gotta go man! =D seriously though, I know you'd sacrifice damage but you got plenty of that with what you have on.
I think to move to T3, or even farm T2 more efficiently your problem is the spec rather than anything else. At those sheet numbers you need to be as mobile as possible so I suggest a build that has either Dashing Strike or Tempest Rush at its core. With that amount of iAS that you have, I doubt you'd be able to sustain your TR between Inner Fire's without running out of spirit BUT since you're missing 1 Inna's set item I'd say at some point it would be feasible, so here goes:
Build changes:
Base your build off of this: (http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/monk#.cgPeh!bViS!..Zcca)
1- The passives are a must, you can replace Exalted Soul later on if you're comfy with spirit regen (e.g. you get a second Inna's with Ring of Royal Grandeur, your use resource cost reductino in paragon etc...)
2- for TR, use Northern Breeze if you're eating through your spirit too quickly OR tailwind if you have more than enough to sustain you while inner fire is on CD. Replace with Dashing Strike if your spirit gets eaten fast, but note that inner fire will NOT randomly attack enemies anymore when you use DS (not good!)
3- Serenity - Unwelcome Disturbance is for those 'oh shit' moments and to make use of that awesome SoJ that you're wearing (+% Physical). Replace with Sweeping Wind Cyclone if you don't feel you need the survivability boost.
4- Mantra of Evasion - Hard Target is your biggest toughness boost for handling T3. If you die too much with this then stay at T2 and make sure you're as efficient as possible (more on that later), replace this at T2 with whatever will make this faster for you - either movement speed or more DPS - maybe Breath of Heaven?
5- Mythic Rhythm is there for more 'Umph' from your WoL which is quite substantial given you already have +23% from your gear. I realize you're relying on Transcendence to heal yourself, so if you feel you're too reliant on that then I suggest keep mythic rhythm and put transcendence instead of momentum.
6- WoL - pillar of ancients: I think you're +% physical are going to waste unless you use this rune.
The other choices are obvious, but if you wanna know my logic for them please ask and i'll be happy to explain
Note: Choose any spirit generator you want, but this should help (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/11882328396) in making you decide what will complement your current gear best.
Gear changes: Using inner fire without a CD reduction meta-gearing is not efficient, so: 20% from Beacon of Ytar passive, 10% from paragon and 12.5% from gem is a good start. Your future gearing upgrades / enchantments should highly take CD reduction into consideration for MAX Inner Fire uptime. And since you're using serenity, more time spent immune and more DPS due to the ruin
1- Replace your gem: use CD reduction so that you can use Inner Fire more often. 2- Get new pants! Use blood shards if necessary. 3- For future gearing / enchanting, try to aim for +Fire % because it boosts Inner Fire by a LOT.
4- Do act 1 bounties until you get Ring of Royal Grandeur.
5- If you have Captain Crimson's Trimmingsset, craft at least 2 pieces, there's another 10% CD reduction and with the Ring you even get 10% resource reduction.
As you can see, my recommendation aims at making you farm faster even if you stay on T2. My personal experience suggests that anything less than 10mil toughness (in the game, NOT what armory says) in T3 is high risk for monk unless you're very mobile. Sure you can stand there and not die but what's the point if it takes a whole minute to kill an elite pack? I consider a single death as a drawback because of all the buff losses (which may include a huge amount of pools of reflections).
I appreciate for your deeply suggestion. I am going to try and see how it is work with my gear. I knew that my pant that is horrible one:) However, I read some build which are dealing with lighting damage. So is it possible to my monk to work out that way?
As for building a lightning monk, you only have +15% from WKL, which IMO isn't enough to warrant a full build revolved around lightning damage just yet, but you could try it out and see how they feel ofc, just don't expect numbers to jump out of the ordinary. Sometimes builds are more efficient than other due to how fast they adhere to a certain situation rather than how much damage they do compare to other builds.
Thank you! I have another question. I have a Inna' set helm. May I wear that one and what I should change after I wear that helm. Also I can reroll the bonus skill on my Inna chest armor. How do you think about these changes?

Well I'd say it depends on what your inna's helm's stats are, IMO you need a socket and at least +5% crit, if you can guarantee those then great! Because gaining the Inna's (2) set bonus will relieve you of 1 passive slot which you are currently using for Transcendence, so more healing
Do note that you will lose the +50 MF and EXP boost from cains' set BUT remember you can gain them back AND get the Inna's 3 (and 4 set bonus once you get a 3rd Inna's piece) IF and only if you get lucky enough to get Ring of Royal Grandeur from Act 1 Horadric Cache. Just keep doing act 1 bounties, you'll get it eventually
As for re-rolling SW dmg on chest, sure why not? You can use the toughness more than the damage for now if you plan on tackling T3.
Hell yeah. My helm has 5.5cc and socket. 650 dex around. So the Exalted Soul should be change and which one I should replace? I believe my monk will be work better than it was. Thanks anyway

In groups - and assuming you're running a mantra - definitely Unity.
Solo T2 (where things are comfy and there's a very low risk of death) I'd say fleet footed.
If you ever manage to rack up a good amount of Pools of Reflection, immediately replace it with Near Death Experience.
Happy to have helped
