I have been spending millions of gold to theory craft what is that best and most efficient way to farm Act 1 Inferno quickly, and at low costs.
I tried insane Resist + Armor.
2x 1Handers.
1Hander + Shield
2H + Full Dex
Going with 700+ resist made me incredibly resistant, while having ~5000 Def with the [Seize The Initiative] passive. I could resist most things. Though getting Walled, Vortexed, and getting stuck in Plague or Molten still kills you quite quick. So if you don't have millions of Gold to spend for high resist with tons of Vit + Dex, than you can almost forget a high resist build because you damage will be "gone".
Here's what I do to farm act 1 and wreck any rares pretty much instantly. (You must have sense of kiting and know your skills)
I go completely FULL DEX. I have only ~22k Hp. Yes you'll get one shotted, for sure. But don' get hit! =)
Here's the build:
1. Breath of Heaven + Blazing Wrath
(Increased damage by 15%)
2. Blinding Flash + Faith in the light
(Good for staying on your target for a few secs without getting hit AND most important: Additional 30% damage as Holy)
3. Serenity + Rune of your choice
(Gives you a good 3-4 seconds to nuke down your enemies)
4. Mantra of Conviction + Overawe
(24% damage bonus IMPORTANT: first 3 seconds is 48%, so on occasion of spirit overflow, have breath of heaven buff up, blind for damage bonus, than refresh Mantra of Conviction for HUGE damage)
Primary: Deadly Reach + Foresight
(Deadly reach has VERY good range and a small knock on each hit, also the rune gives you you 18% for 30 seconds. IMPORTANT! The buff does show up above your bar but does so in your stats in Inventory)
Secondary: Lashing Tail Kick + Hand of Ytar
(Makes the kick a ranged nuke, good when you have an overflow of Spirit, the kick also slows enemies by a nice 80% for 2 seconds, which excellent for kiting!)
Passives:
These are kind of up to you, I use [Seize the Initiative] in case I get spanked a few times. Since you're using a high Dex build the bonus should be nice.
The 2 others I use are [Beacon of Ytar] and [Combination Strike], you can change [Combination Strike] to [Guiding light] when playing Co-op
Stat Priority:
Dex - Try to have as much as possible on every peice.
Attack Speed - Try to have around 50% or more. [Lacuni Prowlers] Wrists, Gloves, Amulet, 2H Weapon, etc.
Vit - Make sur to have 22k+ Hp
When searching AH, look for ATK speed, Vit, + Dex.
Make sure you stack your damage abilities, kite and nuke.
Blind -> Mantra -> [Damage / Build spirit] -> Serenity -> [Damage / Build Spirit] -> Kite until cooldowns are back, rinse and repeat.
I didnt include breath of heaven as it is situational. You can use it as a damage burst or a heal.

I will agree this method works well for a lot of rare packs/elites for Act I. Nice job. I used a similar build (I called it my Kite build or Wave/Pillar kite build depending on how i felt at the moment).
I'm sure people will bitch about it not being Act II+ worthy, but just ignore them, because I've found this build is nearly effective enough in Act II. At least with another ranged dps I'd build a little tankier, trying my best to keep shit off my DH buddy. But the guide is good enough for what it's supposed to do.
GLHF, +1

I don't get this. Is this a farm built? Because I don't get the fact that u dont wear any +% Magic find.
I can famr everything including butcher with a built where I have a 1 HAnd weapon with 1k DPS and a good schield with 180% Magic find wihtouf neph valor.
18k HP 13k DPS Mantra of Conviction with backlash will do the trick. resis is about 300 with this built.

How different are drops with such a high magic find? I used to have around 90% but droped them for act 2 progression.
