Anyway, thats referring to Anya's frozen prison quest, right? Though, I don't know who the soldier guy is. Its not Nihlathak and its not the Yeti that guards her.
This one is especially great. Can anyone tell what quest this picture is referring to?
Taking a guess, I would say Lachdanan and the Golden Elixir.

-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.
The figure is also wearing the unique helm known as the Veil of Steel. That is Lachdanan's own helm that he gives you upon completing the quest.
The Helm also makes a reappearance in LOD.

Really it was a great quest. And I was happy to find this among the fan art being a slightly more obscure Diablo reference.

wait, isn't there also a golden elixir in DII? Or am I just getting confused with the Golden Bird and the elixir as a reward?
The Helm also makes a reappearance in LOD.
Yeah, it was a Golden Bird and then some elixir that added 20 to life.
