PVM, gonna be summoners pwning chaos all over the place. Lack of iron maiden and boosted corpse explosion, theyll be running as fast as hammerdins last patch, not to mention amp removes phys immune, there is nothing they can't pwn.
If you know how to play necro its pretty damn easy to make a boner/summon hybrid without investment in summons, that will be a beast at gm/bm solo/team duels on top of pvm, look for these to be the new hammerdins.
PVP, am I the only one that noticed barbs just got 10% more critical? Did they need that? Barbs always been my favorite class for pvp but this was uncalled for. Very few things could even stand up to a well built barb before, and the crit bonus will make some of the harder match ups even easier.
On a side note, nerf light sorcs? Why? They weren't overpowered, its just they were the sorc of choice for pvm because everything immune fire in hell, and ice is slow. You'll probably just end up seeing less light sorcs and more trappers.
In pvp anything elemental just gets pwned by stacked res/absorb. I'd rather have seen some sorb changes that would have hurt barb/pally and make elemental builds more viable than beefing barbs and nerfing light sorcs, way to go blizzard.
