Now with the RMAH live I would like to set up an additional layer of protection for my B.net account by activating mobile alerts.
So I enter my mobile number which starts with 0650....... (without the country code +43, although if i would enter the country code i'd have to remove to first 0)
... then it says that i will shortly receive a text with a code ... but that never arrives ... what's wrong here or does it simply not work for austrian customers ?
I already tried contacting blizzard more than a month ago since i wanted to set up mobile alerts the moment they announced it. what i got was an answer, telling my that my mobile authenticator should work again ... i was like "WTF !? nobody ever said something about mobile authenticator ..." so i wrote them again that they obviously made a mistake and now i'm waiting for an official answer for more than a month (i believe :D)

What does it do exactly? You better try it with +43 650 XXX XXXX is my advise.

well ... actually i'm customer of "Drei" ... i have taken my old tele.ring number with me when i changed provider ... i already asked via ticket if that might cause the problem but didn't get an answer so far ... i'll try at night or in the morning again once the servers aren't stressed ...
