Today I want to show you guys a Witch Doctor DoT build I've been working on for massive gold finding and eventually speed farming T6 rifts. It relies primarily on the damage spread of Locust Swarm/Pestilence along with Hwoj Wrap, Bane of the Trapped, and the gem of Efficacious Toxin for 'double dotting'.
Additionally, I stack poison gear, gold find, a slow 1.0 mace for ridiculous damage range, and Avarice Band for over 40 yards of total pickup radius.
In this video I go over the build, gear, paragon points, gold finding concepts, and run through my favorite zone - the Ruins of Corvus - where dozens of low hp scarabs will make you rich quick. Enjoy!
Today I present the first of several progressively higher-netting gold find runs using the 'gold dot' build. In each video I'll be doing 3 timed Ruins of Corvus runs with better gear/skillset each run to see exactly how much gold per hour (and therefore xp/hr) can be made - not theoretically, but actually. In this video I net 350m/hr.
Today I want to show the next iteration of the 'gold doc'. This time I decided to forego the Furnace and skip high hp mobs altogether in favor of higher pickup radius with Thing of the Deep and additional (multiplicative) gold find on the Sun Keeper. I also decked out my follower in gold find gear, although that benefit is only additive and therefore negligible. Finally, running a higher ranked Boon of the Hoarder (even 10%) will significantly boost your gold per hour.
In this video I go over the 'new' gear setup, do 3 timed runs, and end up at 550 million gold per hour total. Next stop? At least 700. Enjoy!
