So they say that MF will increase with Power level.

At MP1, it increases 25%.

Now, does that mean that the cap goes up to 325% and you have to find gear to get to the cap, or, do you inherently get 25% just for turning on MP1.

What I basically want to know is: Once I hit Paragon 100, will I need to start putting MF on my gear to make use of the higher levels?

So once I hit paragon level 100, playing at MP10 will mean I don't need any MF gear, but will have 625 MF.

Thankfully this was done right!
